Called ahead to see if they had a 4.5" downstem to which they said yes. Made sure to bring my bowl to make sure it fit as well as a tape measure. Glad I did because I was initially handed a 4" downstem so I asked if they a half inch bigger and..... they did!! Dude was chill. Didn't really talk much and didn't really seem like he wanted to be there but I got exactly what I needed for a reasonable price ($9.99 before tax). Would go again but would also make sure I'm getting exactly what I need especially if it's glass or something.

If I can give this please a one star I would, everything is over priced, when I was paid for my stuff the lady gave me the wrong Chang and send that I was right, this place is a ripoff I would advise everyone not to come here.

This place is a catastrophe. They sold me expired e-juice and charged me more than the sticker price! Will not be returning. Going to stick with El Toro

I did read the previous reviews but I was so close to this store and had to buy something and didn't have time go somewhere else. He charged me $25 for something I always buy $15-$16. I'll never ever go back there again.

The staff, if you can call it that, rarely knows what I'm asking for, their prices are very high, and in-store organization is terrible making it difficult to find anything. Just now when calling to see if they have seahorse tips in stock the woman asked me to call back in a half an hour to speak to a knowledgeable person.

If I could give zero stars I would... they sold me fake Juice papers, I came back and ask my money back they said they can't refund and screamed with me. Awful!! Get out of this place, they are "scammers" !!!!

Got a pocket scale 1/13 & the back battery cover is loose when you handle it normally (put in bag & take out)...picture shows it clips to one side. Went back 2 DAYS later & asked if I could exchange it for same one. 2 guys looked at it after it came loose from the first guy & the 2nd looked at it & said it was fine to him. The backing of any electronic should stay in place when your normally handling it, not just looking at it & flipping it over. I come here for supplies every month or so, but I'll drive extra for decent customer service. I even went as far to try & fix myself but tape is the only option at this point for a 2 DAY electronic purchase! Ill only go back to give whatever money I get for it since an exchange was asking the world of them. I must be lying to provide pics so keep this review in mind for buying electronics from here unless your a daily, weekly customer :/

Be aware when you buy disposable puff bars. Make sure you check them to make sure they are real and not fake he sold me a fake one and I went to return it and he was giving me problems so I just got the same flavor of my other one. It was so fake that I cannot even taste no flavor or nicotine in it and I just started vaping the day before. I went back to get one more the next day and he remembered me and you let me know that I cannot check it or exchange it. He said someone bought the one I returned and said nothing was wrong with it. He was really rude to me when I went in and I do not recommend coming in here anymore. Also if he said someone bought the last one I use isn't that kind of disgusting that I used it for a couple puffs and he still sold it to someone else? Guy does not care about anyone's health he just wants to make money.

I was so surprised when I came to this location today. I've been buying the disposable puff bars for a while now and nothing was so disappointing then opening one up and it didn't work. Every other place I went to when I bought one that was defective told me that they can't switch it out for a working one and you basically threw 10 bucks out the window. This locating is the ONLY place I've ever been to that told me to try it before leaving to see if it was defective, so that it was, he would change it out for me. That absolutely surprised me. Not ONE other smoke shop that I've ever been to has offered that before. I'm new to the area, and just because of that, I will be coming back here for all my disposable vape pens now.

If only zero was a star got here 10 mins before they closed the owner saw me walking up to the door he then proceeds to walk up to door and lock it as I'm about to walk in and I said sir i have 10 more minutes then he said with door cracked open what did I need as if he could care less I was bringing him my business, I told him I have 4 dollars for an oil burner then he said no they're 6 dollars j said well do you have any cheaper ones he said no and shut the door , yea I won't be back here ever again
