I was in today for a MRI. I was extremely nervous and totally hesitate as I've attempted this 4 different times. Welp, as expected I freaked out! I was kindly asked by Fred to please try again. Fred was calm and very patient with me. I tried again and on the 3rd attempt today I was successful. I had a gentleman from your office in there the entire time making sure I was ok. It also helped that Aretha Franklin was in my headphones. Bravo Fred and the others who gave me the courage to get through it. I greatly appreciate them!!!!

Fred performed my CT, I’m super claustrophobic and have a lot of Anxiety for these types of procedures. He was very patient and thorough. I had a great experience.

The only reason you got one star was because the technician was so good. Walking in Smelled like a third world market place as I assume they were prepping their lunch in back! The receptionists were HORRIBLE and could care less! Scheduling appointment was horrific! The rep had to call me to schedule because of all the problems. I was scheduled for MRI and CT scan BACK TO BACK as per the rep. Instead I waited almost 3 hours in between the two procedures. Also we were told to come here because they had an”open MRI” and I’m claustrophobic. They DID NOT have open MRI!!! I’ve instructed my doctor to stop referring to them!

I was greeted pleasantly at the front desk and was processed in Quickly! My appt was right on time and was greeted by Irwin, my MRI technician. He was professional and kind, making sure that I did not have any of the items that might make the MRI invalid. He explained the process and he and his assistant got me set up quickly and made sure I was comfortable. He checked on me intermittently to ensure I was okay during the MRI. Irwin was also very calm and efficient, which in turn helped me to feel calm, and I really appreciated his demeanor. I definitely recommend SimonMed for their medical services.

I’ve had the BEST experiences with imaging at this location. Sam and Sandy make check in quick and easy. They even resolved an insurance and scheduling issue on the spot. Mike took good care of both me and my mom to get our MRI’s done in a quick and efficient manner.
Most importantly, a great big thank you to Matt who did my mother’s PET scan. She has dementia and he treated her with such care and compassion. He took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions regarding the scan putting my mind completely at ease. I appreciate his patience and professionalism!!!
What a great experience start to finish.

I had Fred as my x ray technician at the Laguna hills location. This man is a blessing. He let me hold his hand and was the best distraction. There are some people you know that are meant to be in this field. Fred is one of them. I’m truly grateful for lessening my fears and making me feel comfortable as I had a dye injected into my right hip join. Fred- keep doing what you’re doing. Honestly, you’re good people. Thank you.
