I recently called this pharmacy to check on the availability of a certain pharmaceutical. I also had sort of a complicated question about the pharmaceutical. The kind, caring pharmacist who assisted me went out of her way and took a considerable amount of her time to research the answer for me. As promised, she called me back once she had the answer. She also spoke with me at length on the phone, ensuring that I had the information I was seeking. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, kindheartedness, and thoroughness. The customer service I received was first-rate. I would not hesitate to patronize this pharmacy. (On a side note, I have patronized this pharmacy's sister location, Taj Mahal Pharmacy, and received excellent service there as well.) (Note: This review was written by Erik's wife.)

This is a great pharmacy that helped me through one of the more difficult health issues I have had. I used them initially because the hospital's pharmacy didn't have one of my medications in stock but gave them some other prescriptions as well. The staff were so compassionate and accommodating throughout the process. The prescription was filled quickly and the OTC items I needed were surprisingly priced competitively.

As long as that MRI technician works there, I am not going to this facility. The guy could not administer an IV. I told him that I had challenging veins and showed him the place on my arm where I usually have the blood work done without issues. He did not listen to me and poked my wrist that had a popping vein. Unfortunately, after moving the needle back and forth, left to right, he missed that easy vein. I told him that he should listen to his patients. To which he replied that he had been working there for 20 years and he trusted his "expertise". As a result, I stopped him from poking me again in another place and asked at the front desk for another tech. Unfortunately, they did not have one. As such, they lost my business. I already requested a new referral from my doctor to another facility.

This place is terrible!!! I was scheduled for a 9am apt. for an ultrasound and was asked to arrived 15 min early for check-in and insurance verification. I arrived and completed all their paperwork within a few minutes. At this time the waiting room was completely empty. I sat and waited as the waiting room became full. They were taking walk-in patients ahead of me. Finally at 9:30 a lady calls me to the back to tell me my insurance was not valid. I asked if I could use their phone to call my insurance in front of her. I called the 800 number on the back of my card and verified that there was nothing wrong with my insurance. I then handed the phone to her so she could hear for herself that it was in fact valid (a 2min call). She then had me go wait again in the waiting room. Next, an ultrasound tech comes out at 9:35 and announces to everyone in the waiting room that she is taking the 9:45 apt. ahead of me because its not fair to make her wait. Mind you, it wasn't even her apt. time yet... I piped up and explained that I have another apt. to be at and how is it fair that I sit here and wait because your staff can't properly verify insurance. She blamed it on my insurance company for my wait time. I got up and grabbed my paperwork and left. I will NEVER give them my business. Complete idiots!!!!!!!!!!!

After having a nightmare of a visit at Good Samaritan Hospital up in LA to have the same procedure done (ultrasound guided thyroid biopsy), I was very pleased to be in and out of this place within 30 minutes. It was quick and minimally painless. Well, as painless as it's going to be to have a needle stabbed into your neck jiggled around multiple times. All the staff was nice. Minimal paperwork. The only gripe I'd have is parking. Luckily I found a street spot right outside, but I can see how that might be a problem for others.

this location is the hallmark of great care and radiological expertise. i know because i just recently had 4 mri's done there in 6 days. i have been going to this facility for many, many years and it is the gold standard of radiological procedures. the attention to patient comfort is amazing. the care with extra foam pads under your back, neck, legs extra is so sweet. right from the moment you enter you are greeted with a smile from jacky dahlquist at the desk who is upbeat and kind and efficient with your check in. i have a very painful neck and back and marily, the radiology tech, bent over backwards to be sure i was calm, safe and comfy; an mazing woman. marily's 6th sense as to what your needs are is uncanny. amir karimi, also a tech, is wonderful too. lupe fernandez and valerie grimes also deserve honorable mention for being an integral part of the office. another standout at this facility is the new site manager sherry. it is a very, very busy facility and sherry makes sure things go smoothly and each and every one of us patients receives the best of care. i would love for ronda terrell, regional manager, to be able to see this wonderful team of employees in action for they make it flow oh so good. there are many facilities in this area to choose from and in the past i have tried them all to great disappointment. once i found saddleback valley radiology on calle de la magadalena in laguna hills, ca i only have procedures done here and send all of my friends and family for they are the very best. local doctors that are in the know send patients to this location as a first choice as well. there phone number is: 949-855-4301. saddleback valley radiology is staffed by many earth angels that provide the best care in their field. please let them know robin sent you. p.s. i type in upper case to see better.

I was sent to Saddleback Valley Radiology to get an exray on my daughters foot. The front office staff seem to not know how to do their job. I had the referral from the doctor and they didnt know how to process the paperwork. I gave them the drs info 3 times and thought i was lying. It took 35-40min just to get checked in!

Reading my past review here, I believe this Magdalena address is a new location for this office. I do not recall ever coming here, but I do remember my experience from my past review. I was here earlier in the week for an MRI of my lower back. I parked in a parking structure in front of the building, and went up to the second floor. The notice on the door states their hours are 8am - 5pm, but my appointment was at 7:30am with a 7:15am expected arrival. Of course, I was early, and the door was locked right up until 7:15am, which was fine. I waited in the hallway. The sign on the door was very confusing, and a woman from another suite saw me, and stated they usually dont show up until around 8am. I was the first patient, and after filling out some paperwork, I paid my bill - which was $400. My insurance works with a third party who denied my MRI, stating I didnt need it. Its awesome when someone behind a desk has control over your medical health without knowing anything. I was a cash patient, and my insurance company told me I would pay $562, so the $400 was welcomed. I was taken in the back and shown the dressing room and given a gown. I was prepared, no underwire, no zippers, etc. so I got to wear my clothing that I came in with. I locked my purse in the cabinet and went right in for my MRI. I was given earplugs, and headphones and asked what kind of music I wanted. The MRI was to last about 20 minutes, I think it was closer to about 10. The room was on the warm side, but it was comfortable. Again when I was done, I had trouble getting up from the table. During the MRI, the pain was unbearable and I started to cry a little bit, those tears you dont know are coming until they roll down your face, and you cant move during an MRI so you have to just let them go. When I sat up I started to actually cry, and the gentleman who did my MRI was very nice and patient with me, and it was appreciated. After I was done, I grabbed my purse and was on my way. They validated my parking ticket in the beginning so that was nice. I asked to have the results faxed to me, on top of my doctor and I received them the next day.

Absolutely terrific pharmacy in every way and worthy of six stars. I have been filling my monthly prescriptions there for TWENTY years and have never had anything close to a negative experience. I really cannot say enough good things about them.
