AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Very frustrating experience. I needed an MRI to schedule a surgery, it was a specific 2 hour MRI so finding a slot that long was very challenging. I also had to be fasting so mornings were the specific needed time. Comes the day of my appointment, I get a call as I was about to leave that their MRI machine is down and they are canceling the appointment!! I was shocked as I had never experienced this anywhere else!! They said we need to reschedule, a week after the original date. I get to their office early AM as scheduled and machine was down again!! They said you can wait to see if the technician can fix it... another patient was sitting in the waiting room very angry with MRI gown on, she said the machine broke while she was inside... this was also her second time being there due to reschedule... we waited over an hour and meanwhile I ask the guy at the front desk to start looking for an appointment at their other locations, of course nothing available until the 29th, which basically means I lost the entire month of February running after this MRI before I could schedule my surgery. All of a sudden we hear there's a chance the machine will get fixed and luckily it did. I would never go back here again, this place is a disaster!!! **I'm adding a star for the wonderful technician that started my MRI, she was Persian or Afghan... but then the Asian woman came in to administer the contrast and she was extremely sloppy in her work.

Run from this place! The Cat scan tech (Asian) is probably the worst, bad mannered employee ever. I went in for a scan and he told me to put my arms above my head. I had just had shoulder surgery as well as suffering from frozen shoulders. He proceeded to run me through the scan with my arms not able to go through. My body weight stopped the machine and he continued to shame me saying he's done this for 22 years and never had a person not able to do as he says. He finally let my arms go by my side when he stated this will not be a good scan. He had me take off my necklaces, but not my bra which was full of varies pieces of metal. In a desperate attempt to call him on this, NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS. DO NOT GO HERE. Period!

Let's start with the fact the parking is a structure that takes you a half hour to find a spot where a car fits and you don't get someone slamming their door into yours. The structure is so far from the building, but it is another 20 minutes to walk. To make matters worse, you pay for the parking. When you get into LabCorp, they will most certainly lose your orders. He will sit on the phone for many minutes with your doctor faxing the orders back, but this takes time because things are slow behind the counter. Highly recommend going elsewhere. I will never come back.

Had appointment for 8:30. Equipment was down. They rescheduled for 3:40 in Irvine. Showed up in Irvine and the appointment was canceled. By who? No one knows. Now scheduled for Friday. I have no confidence in this organization.

If I can shut this business down I would do it in a blink of an eye. Most in-compassionate, unorganised, dis functional, immoral losers I have ever met in my 40+ years in the health care business. From their brochure and flyer that advertises their business that lists all their locations that they are supposed to deliver certain services at that designated location we're all inaccurate. Even When you call their phone number nobody answers! After a few calls I got a hold of someone named Stacy who couldn't even speak fluent English. She directed us to go an X-ray at the mission Viejo office that turned out to not even have X-rays at that location even after we repeatedly asked her to make sure there are X-rays. So we decided to call the appointment number and that's when Mary answered the phone, and when she was asked about X-ray locations she stated that we can go to the El Toro location at Laguna Woods which ALSO turned out to not have X-rays and she even said that we can walk in without an appointment which even turned out false. In over 2 hours we visited 3 of this company's dysfunctional offices just to be bounced off one to another for one simple X-ray. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours to get our X-ray. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They think they are the only radiology center in town, more people need to complain about this company and how they treat their patients and their families.

After trying to get an X-Ray at another location, I was guided to this facility. Carlos and Chandra were very helpful, efficient, professional yet friendly. It was an all around delightful experience. in a world of "B teams", they were unexpected and good at their jobs. Thank you.

After waiting a week to hear from Compliance Customer Service, I'll post a review and see if this gets their attention. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION for an MRI or MRA. The female technician for my MRA needs extensive retraining--she was short and abrupt, acted in a hurry to get the procedure done, and most importantly, shoved earplugs into my ears (one in each hand at the same time) without any warning or permission. It felt harsh and my ears throbbed afterward and the next day because I have extremely sensitive ear canals and NEVER use earplugs. When I told her what I thought of her behavior, she said, "most people don't know how to insert earplugs into their ears, so I just do it." She hurriedly put a basket-type mask over my face with no heads up or explanation. When I left, she was long gone, no one was at the front desk and from what I could see, no one else was around. Reading other complaints, this place doesn't seem to have a very good reputation.

It took me over 2 hours to get an appt for a simple X-ray. They do walk ins or online only for X-rays and not every Wave does walk ins. Now since I got here I'm waiting 30 minutes so far. The seats in waiting room are filled (people masked and not masked, but I'm having surgery so I can't afford to get sick with anything). Over booked, understaffed, whatever.

OK, but never sent results to my doctor. I finally arrived at this location after trying to get into 4 others and then it was OK, but no results to doctor until we call 3 weeks later???????

My husband was diagnosed with Prostate cancer (moderate/aggressive) on May 17, 2022. We would still be waiting for a Pet/CT scan appointment from this facility. Today is June 14, 2022. Our insurance company APPROVED this procedure, but they REFUSED to schedule him. Summer is the on-site scheduler. We had to go to a referred doctor to get an appointment from their staff. We are now scheduled; NOT THERE, thank you Lord! They had the audacity to call on Friday (June 10th), to advise him they were still working on it. Shame on you for the delay; especially when you receive a cancer diagnosis and the next step doesn't care.

Wave imaging has a malfunctioning appointment management system and staff at Laguna Hills, don't care patient's needs and concerns. I went and eft that office without receiving any examination and with a hungry stomach . Two weeks ago. I called a Wave Imaging Branca office to schedule two ultrasound tests on neck and abdomen, the appointment time was settled at 7:00am today. On the same day, I received a call from the Laguna Hill office and was told and confirmed the appointment time is 7:30am after I questioned about early 7:00 time. In the next few days, I received 3 text messages asking me to confirm appointments and upload doctor orders and insurance card. Again, the appointment time is still 7:30. Today, I arrived at Laguna Hills office minutes before 7:30 after a whole night of fasting. The female staff told me that I missed the 7:00 appointment, they can do the 2nd examination scheduled at 7:30 today. I explained the appointment time history and argue it is Wave imaging system issue that cuase the missed the 7:00 am appointment. Without explaining or checking what is next available time, the staff, clamied as manager, started complaining that I was yelling to her. I told the staff I want get the examation of 7:30 since I have done fasting and drove a long way. But she won't listen to me any more and ask me to leave. I refused at first then she threnten to call police to escort me out. I had no choice but left sadly.

USE ANY OTHER IMAGING COMPANY. 3 NOTICES AND BOOM, NO HESITATION TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT!!! Let's start with the day of my imaging. My MRI required an orbital x-ray first. I show up and they say they don't do those here and sent me to a different wave imaging center for the x-ray and had to drive back for the MRI. Glad they could pivot but just get it right the first time. Then comes the billing part. I received the first bill but did not pay it when it said I needed to download an app to pay. I planned to mail a check but misplaced the statement. I don't deal with a lot of paper bills. I dont remember seeing the second statement. I was out of town when the 3rd and FINAL statement was mailed around thanksgiving. I did not open it until my account was already in collections. Terrible customer service. Don't even bother calling unless you want to call 10 times to speak with a manager who will say that they are powerless to do anything. I was automatically referred to them and would use literally anyone else. I have 2 herniated disks and will be getting imaging for the rest of my life and I will definitely not use them again.

Katalin Heilig the xray technician was absolutely wonderful, very caring, and helpful and walked me through the whole process. A+++ for Katalin Heilig, I will definitely request her at my next visit.

This location in laguna hills off calle magdalena facing the laguna hills mall. across the street. Boy there in business. Wow. lol. I was waiting in the hallway. I didn't want to catch a disease. The waiting entry room was the size of a family wagon size car. The from desk wasn't shielded properly from covid 19 virus. The 2 receptionist siting there. One had no plastic shield on the reception desk ledge The other who wasn't talking to incoming people had the plastic shield on her desk ledge. Cheap one too. The shield looked like it had a cough on it close enough it would fall onto the girls lap. They had couples in there. I asked to speak to managers about how crowded she let it be. She said it was a medical facility. People can bring their friends and family. It's the company policy. The law doesn't require social distancing at here waiting room area. During the corona virus times. LOL NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL. I ask how long do me and my son have to wait in the hallway. she said 45 mins. for back x-ray. After seeing the x-ray tech walk out. Looked like she just woke up didn't comb her hair. She didn't even look healthy. She looked very aged. Maybe in her late 70's maybe 80 . Not sure. I asked about there other facilities. I eventually left and ask them to forward my sons Dr.orders to another horrible facility. across the street by mothers market and kitchen off Paseo De Valencia laguna woods ca. One reason or another. This is a disgusting operation. Spreading diseases and abusing people with radiation to soft tissue like organs that were unnecessary exposed to radiation. Not using lead covers the who way as the learn in school. This I was speaking of the second facility I went to These are very dangerous places to get diagnosed at. For a list of reasons. Just go to a regular hospital, It seem safer in many ways. This place should be in the ghetto.
