I've been working with Rod about 2 months now and am impressed by his technique and workout regimen. Rod is very personable and does everything he can to make exercising if not enjoyable - at least tolerable :-) His what I call "slow-burn" method is very effective in building strength conditioning in the limited time we have together. Rod is also very professional, always arriving on time to my home with his clean mobile Gym and keeps pushing me to do my best and improve. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who needs an at-home trainer.

My husband and I usually workout with him at our home but this week I am out of town so my husband is having Rod meet him at his office and my husbands co-workers are joining in on the workout. Get a workout buddy and do it together your body will thank you. My husband and I feel better physically, mentally, we are sleeping better, and just feel stronger all around.

Working with Rod has been a great experience! He is motivating and truly cares about you as an individual. He is more than happy to see you progress and achieve your physical goals. He makes you a better version of yourself and is better than any other trainer I have been to. I have been an athlete for over 12 years and I have to say he knows his stuff! I Definitely recommend him to people of all ages who are looking to better themselves mentally and physically.

A month ago, I searched on the internet for a personal trainer to come to our home to work with my husband who has had Parkinson's Disease for about 18 years. I was pleased to find that Rod Steel would come to our home to work with him & amazed to find that he would bring a complete mobile gym with him! After I saw Rod's setup & heard his presentation, it was an easy decision for me to join my husband. We are one month into our workouts & we look forward to seeing Rod's truck pull up outside. He has the right balance of motivation & humor to make the sessions both challenging & fun. Rod is also very knowledgeable about nutrition & has given us some valuable guidance in that area. My husband & I are very happy that we found Rod & his mobile gym!

My wife and I both have been doing the "slow" workout sessions with Rod for the last two months. I have definitely seen a change in the way my body has shaped up. I feel more energetic. I am not overweight. My goal was to build muscles, lose fat and at the same time maintain the weight. All accomplished thru his program. Love the nutrition ideas he gave us as part of his program. The best part is we don't have to go to a gym and deal with the crowd. Just a perfect set up!! Would definitely recommend to anyone serious about their health.

Rod Steel succeeded where my doctors had failed. He is very caring and listens to his clients. His experience is very impressive. I had a situation that my doctors could not understand that Rod was able to grasp and help me with tremendously. He's fantastic. You won't go wrong! He also helped my mother who is elderly; she told me to tell everyone he is the best! I think his best quality is he listens to you and gives you the help you need to reach your goals, and he is also very accepting and non-judgemental! Where ever you are at in your fitness and wellness journey, he will work with you and get you where you want to be!

It's now been over 4 months and I'm more certain than ever that Rod was the right choice for us. Over the years I've gone through many types of working out, from nationwide fitness centers, corporate gyms, home gyms, to free weights and P90x, and being trained by Rod's Mobile Fitness is making the biggest difference ever. Thanks to Rod, at past 50 years old, I'm stronger, in better overall condition, and at my lightest weight in probably 20 years. And without any of the post-workout pain or discomfort I thought was normal and required for strength training. The "Super Slow" workout that Rod trains is remarkable. There simply is never any of the impact or uncontrolled momentum that leads to discomfort and injuries. Mountain biking is my favorite hobby and this strength training just 2 days a week for an hour has made a bigger difference on the trails than twice as many hours of riding. For the first time in a pretty long time, my doctor is pleased with my blood tests.
