Had to get transfer of title done during this pandemic lock down. The DMV and AAA were closed. Not the friendliest of people but that may have to do with heightened awareness of the current environment. Anyhow, he was helpful and did the transfer of title. It was efficient but wasn't clear on all the fees. Anyhow can't be too picky during this time.

I highly recommend, Mike, at packagepeople.org in Laguna Hills, California. I recently moved from out of state, and I had been given his card when I had my car smog test completed. For one thing, I learned that I had 20 days to get my car registered after driving across the California state line, or I would be fined several hundred dollars. I felt overwhelmed with the process. There was no wiggle room! Thank God for Mike who got everything thing I needed handled in a few minutes without me standing in a DMV line!! I understand he has 15 years of experience helping others with Auto Registration. His fee was very reasonable. Today I picked up my Car Registration papers and license plates. I encourage you to give him a call.

I went to this place for a Livescan. This place was one of the ones on the sheet sent to me by the County of Orange who were certified to do fingerprints. When I opened the office door the owner had his shoes off and had his feet up on the desk. I told him that I wanted to get finger printed for a job and had my paperwork all ready. He told me that it would be $57.00. I showed him the paper from the County of Orange and told him that the paper says that there is no charge to me. He then offered to do it for $22.00. I showed him the paper again where it says that the county pays for it. He refused to do it for free so I left. I called the phone number on the Certifix Livescan paper and the lady said that she would call him to let him know that the county pays for it. That is the reason they are on the list. She then asked me if I would like to go back in but I declined, saying that I didn't want to argue with the guy anymore. I went someplace else. I felt that he was trying to rip me off.

Convenient, but very pricey! Not worth the convenience. One Fedex envelope to MN delivered by next day, 10 am costs over $75!!! Gulp!

After seeing the lines wrapped around 3 different DMVs, this 9-mo pregnant lady who just wanted to transfer her car title stumbled upon The Package People!! There were no lines and the guy was more than friendly. He showed me that the previous owner didnt sign on one line and that he's send the title back to them certified mail for me. Not only did he do that but he called the minute my title was sent back and I came in, paid $39 and left with no hassle. With CA's state budget crisis its nice to know I can pay a little more and not have to deal with the idiots who work at the DMV and could care less about their J-O-B's!!!
