I bought a complete bed at the Laguna Hills store and when they delivered it to me, they placed it on the floor without the base. I went back to the store and they charged me an extra 50.00 for the base, even though when I bought it, the salesperson informed me that it would be complete. Be careful because after you pay, they don't resolve anything. They promise everything until you pay, but then they don't.

Cliff gave us a great tour and helped us pick a great hybrid bed. We took our time, got educated on the options and felt no pressure to decide. But we really liked the ortho hybrid medium and got it. Thanks for the help Cliff!
