When my Volvo XC90 (nightmare) started acting up Niguel Motors was honest with me and told me to sell the car. So glad I did. They did temporarily fix the AC until I did. I hope they'll work on my new car. I trust the owner immensely.

Not pleased with this business. AAA recommended the shop and $2500 later they offer a $75 AAA discount and very little fixed on my car. I told them if the cost was too much I'd be better off buying something different but profit seemed to take priority. They didn't even take it for a test ride or they would have know LN the extent of the problems before working on it. Took it back and they informed me I needed a whole new front end. Still very upset with the service and treatment I received and AAA should know who they send their members to next.

Wish I could give it more than five stars. Have had nothing but great services at this shop! Even after moving to a different city, I don't trust any other major work to other shops. Ramon is very honest with all his work and diagnosis on my car. Extremely reasonable pricing!Was here last summer to get my AC checked out. Ramon told me exactly what was wrong before even taking my car into the shop. Didn't charge me a dime to take a look at it even if I offered it.The same summer my check engine light came on and Ramon was able to diagnose it as my Brake Booster in a couple of minutes. Gave me extremely reasonable pricing before even changing anything.

Ramon is simply the best! When it comes to Acura or Honda, they do super quality and honest work. The pricing is super competitive and unlike an Acura dealership, will not try to fluff anything extra. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would.

I really want a new car, but Ramon has kept my 2014 Mdx running like new. He is a gifted mechanic and truly cares about his customers. You are lucky if your car can be serviced here.

Ramon is da man! I brought my Acura MDX to him with some cylinder misfires (car running really rough and no power) that were occurring and let him know what had happened. I had previously brought the car to a different mechanic that told me I needed a new engine! So I came to Ramon for a second opinion since he deals mainly with Honda/Acura and other Japanese cars. He hooked up my car to his computer and proceeded to do some testing and then swapped the coils around to see if I had any bad coils. He told me the coils were all good, and ultimately he believed it was a computer-related issue and told me to bring my car to the dealer to have them reset / reprogram the computer. Ramon was spot-on. I brought my car to dealer and they reprogrammed the computer and the car is running fine now! I wanted to pay Ramon for the testing he did, but he would not let me pay him. He's certainly earned my business, and I'll be bringing my Acura to him for service going forward and recommending friends & family to him. What an honest nice guy, it's hard to find these good type of people these days, especially auto mechanics. Would recommend you go to his shop if you own a Honda/Acura or other Japanese car!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
