Buying/changing/whatever cell phones/plans/companies is like visit a car lot, mostly an unbearably frustrating and annoying process. While my mind hasn’t been changed about the company at large, Long and the team at this particular store are very helpful and i would definitely recommend going here, especially if you hate cell phone stores like i do. That’s why we tried to process our order online in the first place, but it’s always better to talk with someone and have them help you our right when you need it.”

“Fantastic experience with Sam. My wife ran over her iPhone and cracked the case. I called him first and Sam said it would take 15 min and the price was about $120 service included. He warned me the screen would be slightly different in color than the original, and offered a higher model for a higher price. It’s an older phone so I said no. I dropped off the phone and shopped for about 13 min and came back and he was already done. That was about 6 months ago and the screen is still working great. My wife did notice the slight difference in color (I couldn’t tell but I’m sure if it was my phone I would), but she has no complaints. I had a great experience and would definitely come back if I ever needed more iPhone help.”

“I don't typically write reviews but I had such a positive experience the Woodbury AT&T store here I am. It is all about Chris and the excellent service he provided. He did not have to go above and beyond and help me figure out what was wrong with my Apple password but he did a lot to get my issue resolved. I did but a new iPhone and contract - but honestly the service Chris provided made me feel like I did the right thing by continuing with AT&T even though I was tempted to take my 7 lines/contracts and go to Verizon so I could get the promotional iPad, apple watch and new phone with each line contract. On a separate note- AT&T that's a pretty serious incentive- you should properly recognize Chris because it wasnt just 1 new phone & contract he sold- he saved AT&T from losing 7 lines/contracts and future new phones.”

“I loved their service. Joshua took care of me and unlocked my phone. It was frozen due to changing Sims. He was kind enough to unlock it after checking my ID and had it ready for new sim. There was no line around 7:00 p.m. on Monday evening. You might pay less for other brands but your signal will always work like what happened with me at the Anaheim Convention Center yesterday in the auto show (Oct 2023). T-Mobile phones didn't work but mine did because I have AT&T.”

“Excellent customer service. My wife and I went in to this branch because of the great reviews. We have been with T-Mobile for 17 years, and have had our share of "customer service reps" that have been little to no help. We mainly went in to have a data transfer from our old phones to our new ones. Dylan, our main tech that helped us, was fantastic. Ken and Jasmine stepped in from time to time with thoughtful suggestions and answering our many questions. We left feeling good about the choice we made in going to the RSM location. “This is the first time I've been to the cell phone repair shop. My wife went there first and had a good experience. So she recommended this place. I'm pretty tech savvy but this issue was more than I could deal with. I walked right in without an appointment and he took care of me right away. I had screen issues and also what ended being a internal component issue also, which was the root cause of all my problems with the cell phone. He figured out the problem. The owner/operator went far above to figure out the issue. Way more than other places I've been to. He was quick, knowledgeable and very transparent. Because he knew i use my cell for business and he understood my need and for that I really appreciated his time and speed. I highly recommend this place to anyone with major issues.”
