I have box here for more than 3 years, they have the best customer service, recently they add parcel locker and I have access to my packages 24/7 days a week. Over all I highly recommend this place.

We have had a mailbox at Mail Zib since inception and the experience has been great! Wonderful value for money, very friendly, attentive staff and, most importantly, safe and reliable. I rented my mailbox about 4 months ago, and I must say it's been a great experience. They recently added a parcel locker and send notifications by text when they receive my packages, which is a fantastic convenience. If you're looking for affordable mailbox rental, I highly recommend this place

Mail Biz is now Mail Zib. I miss Cathy and am sorry she had to move. However, the new owners are working very hard and doing a good job with the reopening and is providing a very high standard of customer service and care for all their new and existing customers. I so appreciate all that they have done to make the transition smooth.
