They just lost a loyal long time customer who spent on average maybe $700 more a year over $5 lighter I bought the lighter yesterday it worked once or twice then it stopped working. I figured no problem I'll just exchange it for another one. BUT they would not exchange or return it or give me a discount on a new one. I used to buy all my cigarettes and supplies here. To be honest the customer service was never really good bordering on rude most the time. GOOD RIDDANCE.THE smokeshop on CHAPMAN near Main St (near my work) called TWO BROTHERS SMOKESHOP will be getting all my business now. Most their prices are HALF with amazingly helpful and friendly customer service

Avoid this shop! I have been purchasing from this local shop for years. Don't get the best service or prices, but it's a local one so it's a quick place to stop in. Unfortunately a few items broke or stopped working within the first of purchase (bought a vape that the button stopped working after week and they said they couldn't honor a replacement) and they never honor or stand behind any products they sell. I've been collecting glass for decades and never had issues until this shop. I had a glass bowl I purchased for $20 and little pull broke off the bowl after using it only two times.... Once again he says they don't stand behind the product. He says it's glass and it breaks. No it broke at the weld like a piece of plastic would break. Needless to say I'm never going back to this place anymore and I suggest you find another place also. Cheers

I'm here every few days for vapes and the entire staff is great. I've never caught his name but the guy who opens in the morning is fantastic. He always remembers what I need and is generally just really nice. I appreciate going somewhere that doesn't assume you're a dummy because you're a woman. Most vape shops are full of incels who either hit on you or talk down to you. ?

I was just driving by the area and a friend recommended this shop because it had a wide selection. I was greeted by Ammar in the shop and he helped me pick out a beautiful bong. I would recommend stopping by. Great shop with great employees!

Buyer beware this shop will sell you broken items and accuse you of breaking it yourself. Talk about the worst customer experience. I will never set foot in this store again. They aren't friendly and the store is so cluttered and dirty. There are many other smoke shops in the area that provide better customer experience.
