I am sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Laguna Hills Flower. For my mom’s birthday I ordered the premium version of the Queen’s Court bouquet in an antique finish vase (picture attached). Based on the picture, I expected a product that was fairly bursting/overflowing with roses and ivy, but what I received was far from that. The bouquet was underwhelming and small, with sparse florals, wilting roses, and a vase with cheap glued on crystals. You can see these defects in the pictures. I absolutely understand making substitutions when needed but what my mom got was a completely different product. For the $200 I spent, I expected that my order would at least be as similar as possible to what was advertised.
I can guess very well why the disappointing bouquet was sent. At 11:30 on the day of delivery, I called LHF to check if they had an estimated delivery time so I could make sure my mom was home to receive the flowers. To my shock, they were completely unaware of the order. Only after I called and provided my order number did they find the purchase in their system and rush a bouquet that had been ordered online a month in advance. Had I not called, my mother wouldn’t have received anything at all.
Finally, I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but when a customer calls you to let you know that there is something wrong, the first answer should not be a defensive “well that’s what you ordered” and shifting blame on your supplier/the airport for bad quality roses. I genuinely cannot recommend this business to anyone. I would have loved to have found a local flower shop which I could support rather than a big retailer, but unfortunately that was just not the case today.

I ordered flowers online. I then received a call telling me that he knew that the price is what is online but it is way too low and would need $10 more. I said, it's already $20 over the price of the flowers with delivery, fees, and the tax. He said, "Ok, I cancel."

I called early Monday morning requesting a floral arrangement with sunflowers...and did not have any idea what else to ask for to complete the bouquet. The people on the phone that I dealt with were so helpful and accommodating and gave me a lot of options and ideas. The arrangement was delivered mid day Monday and the recipients sent me a picture of the bouquet...it's just lovely. Wonderful service and expertise...highly recommend!!

I ordered an arrangement for for a very special Mother to be delivered today.She actually got it yesterday and the timing could not have been more perfect. The arrangement wasn't exactly like what I had ordered. It was better!Thank you for helping me make a very special lady feel so special!

I ordered a special arrangement for a funeral. The order was placed online. A few hours later I received a phone call telling me that they needed to charge me more money because it was a lot of work. I told them, that I paid the amount that was listed on their site. The man told me, well it’s a lot of work and that price is wrong. He would not honor my price. Very disappointing and bad business.

My husband is 87 and very ill. For my birthday he wanted to get me flowers. He ordered the top of the line. When we received it, it was not a great bouquet. He had ordered flowers without a vase. These came in a vase and where poorly arranged. He was so upset, since this was his gift for me. I felt bad for him. He contacted the shop and they were unkind and not interested in making it good! They seem unorganized, our address was wrong and delivery was poor. Do not use this shop. There are many that deliver beautiful arrangements. This for sure was not one of them.

This is the third time using them. The 1st time was great. The 2nd time there were issues with getting and delivering the order. The arrangement was just ok. As you can see in the picture, the premium arrangement was not what i ordered. I could of done better with flowers from my yard and a dollar tree vase. I DO NOT recommend Laguna Hills Flower to anyone.

I ordered a "Premium", which is the biggest and most expensive one of the three options (Standard, Deluxe, Premium) and the floral design called "Daisy Daydreams". I ordered it for my mother in law for Mother's Day and for Saturday delivery. She texted me some pictures of the flowers and I am very disappointed because I paid top dollar for the "Premium" and it looks like the Standard and looks cheap. On the website I counted the flowers in the picture on the Daisy Daydreams page, and on one side ( the front view) there are about 32 flowers or more. The flower bouquet that my mother in law received only has about 15 flowers on one side. It should be at least as many flowers as the picture because I ordered the Premium top one! I also asked them to text and email me a picture of the bouquet before delivery and they just ignored my email. I also called them today to inquire about my requested picture and delivery time and the guy was very rude.

I called this florist for sympathy flowers to a nearby funeral home. I already picked out the standing arrangement I wanted before I called. The lady who took my order was kind and patient. I asked her if she could please just send me a picture of the arrangement before it went out so I could see how it would look before delivery. This is the first time I had not found a florist on Yelp or checked out their review. I guess if I had I would have never found these kind people! That night I was informed that the funeral service had moved. I called them and left a message at 10pm. I was very nervous about the change and having not know them already. Being caught up in the morning I didn't even call them to make sure they got the message. But they called me around 9am. They assured me they would take care of it and knew where the other funeral home was. That day they sent me a video of the flowers. It looked EXACTLY like the website photo. When I arrived at the funeral it was already delivered and looked perfect. I'm so grateful to them for a fantastic job!

I ordered Valentines Super Premium roses. What they delivered was something that looked like a $20 Walmart bouquet. I called and sent pics from their web site compared to pics of what was actually delivered. They could not see any difference. Embarrassed already, I asked for a refund. They refused. Never, ever use this florist.
