“We had new floors installed in our entire downstairs and a new vanity installed in our bathroom. Andy was our project manager and he was very patient with us as we took some time to decide what type of floors we wanted. Our floors only took a week to install and the crew was very polite and professional. We had a few additional charges added to our budget but other than that I am very pleased with the work G&A flooring did and I would recommend them. Our new floors and bathroom look beautiful!”

“Incredibly happy with the work done by James, Armin, and crew. The finished product is truly amazing and brings joy to me and my wife every time we enter the kitchen and entertain guests.I was particularly impressed with the speed of the crew, and the quality of the subcontractors. With the many specialties required in a large project, it's a huge burden lifted when you know you can handoff the work of finding good experts to a single source.Unique challenges for our project were custom panels for the built-in fridge and dishwasher, and a custom range hood we wanted wrapped in the same stone as our countertop. The cabinet contractor matched the paint, style, and alignment of the factory panels perfectly; and the stone contractor did just an incredible job matching up the seams on our two waterfalls and on the range hood! In the photo with the beverage cooler, you can see a black seam running across the backsplash and is matched to the same spot on the range hood. It's a subtle detail but it makes me smile every time I grab a beer. It perfectly demonstrates the quality achieved from a craftsman. I could not have put together such a talented team on my own.Thanks Guys!”

Starting with Denis at the design phase and working with Andrew and Billy during the project, they were very responsive and answered all of our questions - and we had many!What really stood out was how they managed the subcontractors. Keeping a project on track, especially one as complex as a kitchen and master bath remodel, is no small feat. Yet, they handled it efficiently, ensuring that every phase of the project aligned with the agreed timeline.It's common knowledge that in big remodel projects, things don't always go as planned. Look, things always come up and need to be fixed in the process. But, what you want is a company that is proactive in addressing them and Guilin was wonderful in doing this. Whenever a challenge arose (there were only a few small ones), they immediately acted to get things corrected.  Even today, a month after project was completed, Guilin has been great about solving small issues - sometimes you don't find them until you start using the new space every day.We love the new kitchen and bath and the cabinets are top quality.  We're already setting plans to have them remodel our upstairs bathroom.”

I honestly wasn't prepared for the time and attention to detail that was needed to rebuild the kitchen. They have very high quality, real wood custom cabinets at a great price. I got a much higher quote from western states cabinets than my quote at Premium cabinets, with same styles and quality. Misty helped me finalize my kitchen design with 3D images, then Bryce came to my house and confirmed the measurements. After I placed the order, my cabinets were delivered to me in a timely fashion. “I like the service here. For example. I'll see a piece of furniture that I like in the showroom in costa mesa ca. I will call my salesperson in the outlet and have them look for the piece if they currently have on the floor. They will quote me a price and give the condition of the piece. If they don't have it they call me if they get one in. The price can be negotiated based on the pieces condition. There are good at what they do. It helps make a personal appearance to find a associate that you can count on. It all depends on your wait time. Sometimes it takes to Months get what your in the outlet. They also will call the other stores if you want to go there instead.”
