I was looking for a new sofa and sales person Joseph Linder was extremely friendly and patient following me throughout the store. I did not find the sofa I was looking for, but he gave me his card and said if I come back to ask for him. Well, I went back 2 hours later, Joseph was there again, and I bought a recliner, which I've noticed on my browsing tour earlier. Thanks for your patience, wish all salespeople are like Joseph. Job well done.

Great service, great price and great financing. Wow, Jerome's gets it right! We bought 8 dining room chairs over the weekend. Love them! Our sales rep was Kevin and he was great. He greeted us when we walked in, introduced himself and gave us our requested space and privacy. When we had questions, he was very informative. Kevin made it easy for us to order the chairs we wanted, got us a great deal with financing and set up the delivery. He was so so helpful. Our chairs showed up 2 days later. We highly recommend the white-glove delivery option. Ask for Kevin, you'll be happy you did!

Best of experiences with Jerome’s. First off, it’s refreshing being able to go to a showroom and see/feel what you are looking for. Then Kevin the sales rep was very helpful and patient (and not pushy) while we went back and forth selecting our stuff. And lastly de delivery team was great. The new furniture looks awesome. We are delighted with our purchase of The Cabo/ Sofa,& Cabo chair for our backyard. It’s super nice looking and sturdy. Not bulky. We had George help us and he was terrific! So friendly and helpful. We were at the Laguna Hills California store.
