They seem to take long lunch breaks and now officially close at 5pm. Took my business to Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy, they will only fill if you pay cash and are local. The pharmacist Scott is so rude and doesn't know anything about pharmacology. Don't waste your time, rude service.

SCAM! I'll explain exactly how. So yes This place is crooked, they screw people over on price and have the worst generics possible, let me tell you what's wrong here but first I'll tell you how they take more $$$ than they are supposed to (for. crappy generic brands too. This a long review been waiting to happen. They always charge $10 copay with insurance no matter what the medication, controlled or not, and regardless of quantity. After seeing this 3 Times in a row I never went again, plus This a big red flag as the same exact medication at CVS or anywhere else with my insurance has always been less than $5 and is a random price, not fixed like their $10 scam. Also, they have the worst generics because they are cheap and like to give u the worst possible medication. For example; they do not carry Qualitest at all, so if you get stronger C2 medication forget about going here, they will give u Activas, Camber, or Sun pharm which are the worst generics that have less % of the primary ingredient. Trust me I know this I have a pharm D myself and the pharmacist here doesn't know anything, I'll explain more if you like to keep reading (all this Is true unbiased review, I will be reporting this place to the BBB soon as they are scamming all of you). This is a small private pharmacy that only likes to help people who have been going there for a while. First thing Scott the d*** pharmacist (who knows nothing about pharmacodynamics or pharmacokinetics) does is check your cure reports to see if you have been going to another pharmacy, which shouldn't matter if the medication is on time. He then makes up an excuse telling me ‘the medication is not in stock' when I called earlier to see if they had it and he told me over the phone they did, about 15min before. Once I confronted him about his lie he admitted it and looked like a fool. He then told me he can't fill anything in the future either, even non controlled medications. So I asked him to give me my last refill on the account and he said there was none. Until I told him the exact Rx name he found it; 2 mistakes in a row which chain pharmacies like CVS would not make. Save your $ and go elsewhere for better medication, don't give this crooked place your business.

I've never had a bad experience here. Number one in the area, in my opinion.

After years of experience, I am confident to say Dial Drug is by far the best pharmacy in town. The pharmacist, Scott, is very knowledgeable and very fast; no long lines or waiting, these guys are quick to fill you medication and always have it in stock. Very glad to have found this place and trust me, stay away from the chain pharmacies, this place is professional, clean and very nice. You found the best there is!
