First day here. I already love it. The sense of community and level of workout etiquette is exactly what I was looking for. If you are ready to set and achieve your fitness goals as far as muscle strength and mass, definitely check this place out.

This gym is a hidden gem for those that can apprieciate quality equipment, positive vibes and cleanliness.Staff are polite and engaging.The owner Toni takes pride in having high standards of gym etiquette. Which I came to find out is difficult to find.Members are always grinding and training on a different level which for me pushed me to do more or train harder. I wish I had a gym like this in NYC.
