From a customer's point of view, wake up and smell the diamonds direct. My wife had lost a couple of diamonds from her wedding ring and we had Jeff help us out. We were absolutely floored when we picked it up. My wife didn't think it was her ring. The craftsmanship is P-E-R-F-E-C-T. She thought the entire ring was brand new. I found myself taking a closer look especially after I saw the bill. I had to ask "is this right?" The end results are spectacular.
From a dealer's point of view, I have never met anyone with so much knowledge that is friendly enough to share it as Jeff is. Honesty goes a long way in any business and if you are going anywhere other than Diamonds Direct, you're honestly going to the wrong place. It's not what you know, it's who you know. "No one pays more than Diamonds Direct."

Great Experience! We were introduced to Jeff and Judy by a friend and knew immediately that they were the ones to get our next ring from. Jeff was able to make a custom ring from a sample we brought in and instinctively made small adjustment to make it even better. Great quality, great price and great people. Can't recommend this place enough. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great information when it came to purchasing rings and even replacing a diamond on my mom's old ring - he practically made it look brand new and she loved it more than the original.
My fiance also purchased my engagement ring and we bought our wedding bands here as well. We are definitely life long customers. Thanks Jeff & Judy!

I'm probably one of Jeff's oldest clients. I got my original engagement ring in 1984, and have had them design 2 additional rings for me. There is nobody better than Jeff. I'll be traveling from Utah next week and will visit him again at that time. Thx Jeff

BEWARE!! I TOOK IN A 14K DIAMOND BRACELET TO GET REPAIRED AND WAS GIVEN BACK A FAKE. I AM HAVING TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO GET WHAT IS OWED ME. VERY RUDE PEOPLE AT THIS STORE. NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER TO CORRECT WHAT WAS TAKEN FROM ME.

Two weeks before my wedding, I noticed that my engagement ring was severely bent on the sides, and the top was going crooked. I was very distressed, as I had no idea how that happened so I began my search for jewelry repair. After visiting a few places, I found my way to Jeff and Judy at Diamonds Direct. Judy was so kind when we came in and assured me that if anybody could fix it, Jeff could do it. The next day when we spoke to Jeff, he was very knowledgeable and assured me that it could be fixed and not to be too upset. I was leaving in a week and a half for my destination wedding, and he told me he would be able to fix it in a day. I was overjoyed and my ring came back looking like the day it was slipped on my finger. He did a beautiful job and cleaned it up so it looked brand new. He delivered on time and with great expertise. I was so thrilled to have found him and highly recommend Jeff. He also buys gold and gives, a great price. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Jeff Horwich is the owner at Diamonds Direct and he literally lost my 14K gold diamond bracelet. He tried to give me costume Jewlery to cover up that they lost my bracelet. When I received the costume jewelry I confronted him and he denied it and would not replace it or pay me for what I paid for the bracelet. I am having to get a lawyer and take him to court. NEVER NEVER do business here. It is TERRIBLE!! Please check your Jewlery if you have done business with him to make sure your gold and diamonds are real.

I dropped my ring off for work to be done May 2018 before I got deployed. Many, many, many, many, many calls/ emails/ physically going in to get a design we loved. Not a fault of Diamonds Direct, my heart just didn't love the designs presented. The problem is the last 3 YEARS I've stated I just want my ring back and front desk lady has given excuses of not receiving emails. I've recorded many calls of them saying they will follow up "next week".. No callback. The last one was with Jeff himself. I've gone in many times telling them where ever they are in the process, just give me my ring back I'll cover whatever the costs. They keep saying its at another location for the work to be done. I just want my ring back. That's it. I fear they've lost my $6,000 ring and have just stalled for years for some reason. The only progress I got to get it back was with the owner's wife who is 10/10 amazing. She couldn't believe how long its been either. Unfortunately she other full-time work so I'm still stuck wondering when I'll get my ring back.

I went to countless other jewelers to "shop around" before finding my way to Jeff and he really is unbeatable. You can feel comfortable that Diamonds Direct will get you the most bang for your buck in whatever price range you're looking for. He procured the perfect rock (I was about as picky as possible but he still delivered!), and was able to make our dream design into reality. Thank you for everything!!

I have personally known Jeff since 1982. In those years I have done much business and referred many friends to Jeff at Diamond's Etc. When it comes to diamonds or Rolex there is no other person more honest or experienced in my opinion. I remember sending a guy to Jeff who had a Rolex with diamonds, emeralds, and rubies. This gentleman believed his watch was worth around $65,000.00 however with a quick examination with his loop Jeff indicated the band was not Rolex, the precious stones were fake, and the face and bezel were not Rolex. This is why it is important to know someone you can absolutely trust and Jeff is that person. I am sure not every business transaction goes as planned, that is a part of doing business, equipment failure, family emergencies, kids in trouble, or just honestly forgot, so allow yourself enough time to educate yourself and relieve your mind of any pressure to making a sound decision. Jeff will take the time to explain and educate you as well as RJ. I now live in South Florida and I still refer both my old friends in California and my friends from Florida to Jeff at Diamonds etc. I always feel good that I can help another person, if you have any jewelry questions please take the time to call Jeff, I promise, you will be happy you made the call.
