I went to D & H Vacuum after hitting a couple of other places for a belt for my vacuum. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. Forget the other shops or Amazon. Call H & H Vacuum and enjoy the service you will get here.

Very disappointed here. I purchased an American made Riccar vacuum here and paid considerably more for it than other options after being told it would last a very long time. In fairness we used the unit several years but the wheels began to roll very rough. Took it in for service here and they couldn't fix it. "We'll call you later with ideas on how we can fix it." ... never called. More recently I took the unit in again for service because suction was weak. And the wheels still needed repair. I reminded the guy he was supposed to call me but failed to do so. He muttered some lame excuse. Long story short, he kept the unit for TWO MONTHS and didn't fix it because he couldn't get parts. Total waste of time. He offered a discount for my trouble. Can you believe he wanted to sell me another Riccar? I just laughed to myself and walked out. How do guys like this stay in business?

This Review is not for the store, but for the Owner Matt. Starting in 2013 and all the way through 2016 I worked next door in The lighting Store. I was going through a very difficult season in my life and Matt was a mentor and friend. He always took time to make sure I was doing ok. He is very passionate about his work. He is always fair with his prices. He is an all around great human being and I am blessed to know him. If you are looking for a new vacuum or need one fixed this is the place.

The owner is very nice, he fixed my carpet shampooer within a few days. The only negative thing is that it's a bit stuffy in there but that's not a big deal.

Friendly and helpful service on the spot! Matthew fixed my vacuum while I waited and charged very little to do so. So glad to have found this neighborhood shop.

This place very bad I go to there to make mentinace to my vacuum to check everything and clean wash my vacuum he said leave vacuum 3 days and the vacuum costs 100$ after theee day's I go to receive my vacuum I found vacuum still dirty and broken and he want 30 dollars more I don't recommend this place this place is not responsible enough

This place always reeks of a marijuana smell. However, if that's the ingredient that causes the owner to do the great job he does, let's light up! Quality workmanship always. Reasonable prices, too! He'll fix your vacuum your lamp, your toaster, you name it! Good service done in a very reasonable timeframe. Just hold your nose on entering!
