BEST SERVCE EVER!! Theresa and Maria know how to design a sofa like no one else! My sofa is not only perfect for my space , but the design is exactly what I wanted. The fabric selection is EXTENSIVE! So are the sofa styles. I was so off base on my fabric choice. No one ever asked me about my dogs and their behaviors. They paired down my fabric selections quickly so my dogs would have the least opportunity to do anything to the fabric. (Can I just say with so many fabrics - it quickly became overwhelming and, then it wasn't!) I looked for over 2 years and the expertise and knowledge they have is truly custom and spot on! They asked me questions and offered specific design details no one else did. After all my due diligence, I knew within 5 minutes I had finally found professionals that really knew their craft. The sofa was delivered EARLY. (Who does that? THEY DO!) the delivery people called in advance and we're on time, neat and clean.) I cannot recommend this business enough for all your furniture needs. THANK YOU both again with your kind patience and AMAZING customer service!

We happened along this store after going to about 5 stores previously looking for a headboard and side tables. Their main focus was sofas however had a catalog to review and could choose our own colors of wood. Fonda and her associate were very accommodating looking up prices which were reasonable for solid wood furniture. They have a holiday offer until Dec 4th which they are waiving taxes.

We purchased our first item from this store a sofa sleeper. Fonda our sales representative was excellent as she was patient, helpful and knew their products well. The soda sleeper is high quality, solid wood, excellent fabric and comfortable bed. And we were able to custom design to our preferences at a reasonable price. And we loved it's Made In America too!

I've purchased multiple pieces of furniture here (2 sofas, dining table, recliner and bed). They specialize in custom pieces where you can select a style, fabric and all of the details to get exactly what you want all at a reasonable price! Marie helped me with my most recent purchase, an upholstered bed, and the final product is stunning! Marie was so sweet and patient while guiding me in my decision making, never high-pressure and all about customer service. I recommend this store to anyone looking for new furniture. In search of the perfect couch, great customer service & timely custom furniture, this is your place! Spent a bit more than I would have at a franchised furniture store, but we got to pick exactly what we wanted & couldn't be happier. I just got my sofa delivered and it’s absolutely gorgeous and made locally in Southern California! The process was smooth and it came in sooner than expected. ? It’s a great place to shop for furniture for your whole home. They offer custom sizing and finishes on a lot of their items. I just finished a remodel and my designer brought me to the Sofa Shop in Coata Mesa. I needed quite a few things. I got 2 sofas, 2 swivel chairs an upholstered headboard and a custom ottoman. We could not be more pleased.Everything turned out beautiful. Their customer service is outstanding. The lead time was shorter than they originally quoted. When there was an-issue - the manager called and quickly resolved it. I will continue to purchase from them and I highly recommend Comforts of Home.

Beyond thrilled with my purchases from this store. I just recently received my new sectional and I love that I was able to get exactly what I was envisioning in my head. The gals that work here are so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding through the custom process making it all so easy! I love that I was able to bring a sample of the fabric home to make sure it didn't clash with the dining room chairs I had purchased from this store late last summer So glad I found this locally owned gem and didn't have to settle for something I didn't love at one of the big box stores
