One of the nicest furniture stores in Orange County. Fardin is so kind. He truly took his time to show me different chandeliers for my new home after I showed him photos of what my vision was. The entire store really is chic. I will be back soon to order furniture for my new home. Thank you so much!! I'm in love with my chandeliers. The photos don't even do it justice. They are gorgeous in person. I'm soooo happy!!

on the BBB website, this company is known for scamming people out of money or the item itself. I've tried and they won't even sn me a return label. th actually blocked my emails. PLEASE RE CONSIDER BEFORE BUYING, CHECK OT THEIR REVIEWS AND THE BBB COMPLAINTS.

I bought six cute wine glasses from the store. They told me to pay first then come another day to pickup. On the day of picking up, they handled an used shipping box to me but I thought there would be separate product packing inside. I was wrong. The wine glasses set supposed to be a gift to my friend, but how could I sent these pieces of crap to her? The man said his products were imported and it came with the box. While you may find Lakeshore Learning inside the box. Funny. I called to ask if I can return them. They said the packing supposed to be like that. I mean, the guy's attitude sounded like my products were perfect and how dare you challenge that? Fine. Check the picture out. They charged 25% restocking fee if you want to return. Btw, on that day I picked up, one guy from the store parked his truck very close to my car. I crawled into my car from the passenger seat.

Chic Home offers a wide array of unique and stylish lighting, as well as curated furniture items. Fardin, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and he will find anything a customer wants from his diverse suppliers. Great customer service.

We recently ordered 4 bed sets. Only 3 were delivered, We opened packages, set up beds , expecxting 4th to arrive. After a coule days we reached out and they said all were delivered. They wanted pictures of the packages and labels. ( which were thrown out ) They would not send out missing set. I have never dealt with such an arrogant customer service .

My home, lighting, and mirrors were all furnished by Chic homes! The designer service was so helpful and made my house just beautiful. . I could not be happier. The unique pieces I chose could not be found in other stores. I feel very fortunate to have my new home furnished with class and elegance. I thank their entire team for professional service and excellent t delivery.

When I moved to OC, I found this spot on google and am SO happy I did! They have the most beautiful pieces. Furniture, rugs, lighting, accessories and more. I ordered a custom couch and it came out comfortable and beautiful. I'm giving them a 5 start rating also for their outstanding customer service. The owner and staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend this spot for your home! Every time I go back they have more cute stuff!

Excellent service and great gallery. I bought All my furnitures and accessories from Chic home lightning, which correctly resemble their names'. The owner Fardin is so professional, polite, and patient. since I got my furnitures and accessories from chic home I always get lots of compliments. Excellent customer services, On time Shipping and professional installation. I drove from North California to OC just because of their reputation and it was totally worthed. I highly recommend Chic Home Lighting to everyone. I am sure you won't be disappointed. Thank you for your services.

Chic Design is beautiful. Their selection of whatever you may need is at this store .The customer service and design center is the chicest in Orange County and beyond comparison to any other . I highly recommend this store you will be thrilled‼ Fabulous.

In my opinion and based on my personal experience: The good: very nice selection of items mostly light fixtures and a few options for tables, chair and home decor. Kudos to those in charge of curating the items. The bad: the prices seem too inflated. You can certainly find the same items online or at other stores (like Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, overstock, Amazon, etc) for a much lower price tag. The ugly: unfortunately the owner resorts to telling the customers untruths about the value, make, material and quality of the items and making empty promises about the delivery timeline. If you're told your item will be delivered in 4 weeks it is likely that you'll get it in 3 months. Once you make the payment you will not be treated as a valuable customer anymore. There is no such a thing as customer service once you have made a purchase. If your item arrives defected good luck exchanging or returning it. What to do: you can always make a trip to the store to be inspired and get ideas. If you like an item you can simply take a picture and use Google lens to search for it. 9 out of 10 times you'll find the same item sold for much less elsewhere. Good luck.

Do not buy from here! They won't send you an email trail of your furniture purchase, and will subcontract the delivery with AM Trucking. After paying $300 for shipping the chairs I ordered are shoved in my garage because delivery didn't include stairs. If I try to return, they'll charge me another $300. Ripoff, now I have to hire moving guys just to carry these up the stairs.
