I have been shopping at Backyard Expressions now for almost 7 years. Countless orders. Spent 10’s of thousands of dollars there. I am a customer for life. The owners son Tom has become a friend and will move mountains for his customers. Not only do they have the best products around, they treat you like family and give you the white glove service each time around. I stopped counting how many friends and family members I have sent to Tom and his family business. If you are looking for cheap furniture and impersonal service, Costco is the best choice for you. And don’t forget everybody loves their return policy. But if you are looking for the finest service in the business and the best quality products around, do yourself a favor and go visit Tom and Backyard expressions. No need to search Google or Yelp any further. Make this your first and last stop in making your backyard dream a reality. We dropped a pool in our backyard, all new hardscape and landscape and when the project was done we walked into Backyard Expressions. They were the icing on the cake and never shopped anywhere else since.

Bought two of the most comfortable chairs for back yard a few months ago which have totally exceeded my expectations. Every person who sits in them goes out of their way to me how comfortable they are. I went back to get covers for them and Connie the sales representative rocked it. Took excellent care of me. She had tried the covers on the store demo for me before I got there. Customer service skills over the top. Shelley

Connie Sutorius at Backyard Expressions is amazing! She is friendly, smart and resourceful! Connie greeted us warmly and walked us through the showroom. She didn't pressure us at all. We weren't planning on purchasing furniture that day but with her expertise we found exactly what we needed. Connie educated us on the best outdoor furniture material to withstand the weather, made sure the dimensions of the sofa and tables would fit in our outdoor room, and listened to exactly what we wanted and when we would need it! She made sure we would receive our new outdoor furniture within 3 weeks in time for my husband's retirement party. And she delivered! We could not be happier with the beautiful furniture and the fantastic service we received! Five + stars!!!!

My wife and I stopped in at backyard expressions to check out what they may have to offer for our new backyard. We were greeted by Sean who pretty much went through their entire inventory and all the options that had available. He help us compare the items and told us the pros and cons of each He even gave us some personal opinions on things that he liked and why. He spent a lot of time with us and we appreciated the details and clarity he offered. However, we did have one issue with the table we selected that we discovered after it was delivered. Wasn't a big deal but it was kind of a bummer. Sean continue to work with us to make it right and in the end things turned out better than we originally thought. If you're in the market for some top-end patio furniture, this is the place to go. I also really appreciate that it's family owned and I can't really remember when I receive such great customer service. Something that seems to be very rare in the world lately.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Connie in the Laguna Hills location and bought the perfect new outdoor dinning set for our new home. The materials of the table and chairs are superior and the in store service and delivery and set up were exceptional. I highly recommend this store for your outdoor furniture needs.

Very pleased with my new patio set from Backyard Expressions. Love that I could support a family owned business and get such a high level of service, with a vast selection of styles and price points. Tom was so great to work with, and when there was an issue with my chair selection not being in stock, he resolved the issue going above and beyond in communicated with me. I'm a happy customer getting my new furniture delivered within a week. Highly recommend you shop with these guys- they know how to earn your business! Support local small business!!!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Backyard Expressions!!! Our salesperson Connie Sutorious went above & beyond to help us find our dream bbq. She helped us look at many different options & was extremely knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a Mont Alpi bbq island & we couldn't be happier with our decision. She helped us every step of the way & put no pressure on us to purchase. She also made sure the delivery process went smoothly as we bought it for our home in AZ.
