This is not a good car wash, expensive prices and half done jobs.I regret tipping the man who cleaned my car before checking the interior. He literally did not wipe down anything and barely vacuumed the floor mats which are plastic so they should be easier to clean. Complete waste of time and money. I’m thinking of calling my credit card company to dispute the charge that’s how annoyed I am with the quality of the service.

Really bad. The inside was still dirty after my car was "ready". I noticed before I drove away. There was still a lot of cat fur on the backrest of the passenger seat. I told the guy who was there. He initially said it's because the fur is too hard to get off. But then he tried to blow it off (since the line for the vacuum was now way too long). However, the fur blew easily off the seat... and spread out more in the car. I appreciate the guy's attempt, but the person who was the initial person who vacuumed the car is the real problem. The lack of care or even attention to what he was doing. He had been able to vacuum the fur off of the seat of the passenger's seat, but neglected to even look at the backrest of it. And it was a lot! I don't take my car to a car wash if it's already clean. If this had been his own car, I highly doubt he would have said it was done when it wasn't. So the problem starts there... get people who know how to thoroughly vacuum the inside of a car. Maybe they need a supervisor here to overlook their work.
I ended up using the money I would have left for a tip and going to a self serve vacuum. What a waste of time and money. The other bad car washes in the area are looking pretty good compared to this one.

they forgot or didn't care to clean the driver side rest, but the rest of the car was great. I highly recommend this place. I could have asked for them to clean the arm rest, and they would, but I'm not that person

The service isn't at the same level as it used to be. The workers rush through without paying attention to any details. You can go to a self-wash and do the same quality of work in 15 minutes that you get here.
Along with their overall wash price increases, they also want you to pay add-ons fees for things they used to include. What, you expected to have your car vacuumed at the auto-spa? Surprise! Now that's apparently extra!
After the latest experience here, I won't bother coming back.

It's a good place to wash your car, If you have trash inside your car don't forget to ask them to throw that away. Sometimes they don't throw it away.

The best car wash ever! Excellent service with a smile. Great prices for unlimited washes for the month. There is a seating area for while your car is getting washed inside and out. Highly recommend!

Hand car wash was awful, there are lots of spots on windshield untouched. It wasn’t worth it at all.

For the price of a basic car wash which was $30 was not good. They barely vacuumed the floor.

I wanted to provide an update on this review. We were contacted by a manager, not from the car wash but probably from the admin office. They asked to provide them with two quotes from auto detailers. I did, they picked the lesser quoted amount, still fair, and cut the check for me. The manager handling this was professional and courteous and retrieving the check was not an issue. There's hope in the world.
