Hoorah for Laguna Hills and *Becky in DMV* services! We have availed ourselves 3 times just this past year of the very valued DMV Services. Each time we were happily greeted by the uber-knowledgeable Becky who processed our requests quickly, pleasantly and perfectly. The Auto Club remains one of the best values today for all that they offer for such a nominal fee. Batteries: Yes! Roadside Service Peace of Mind: Yes! Their new phone system makes it literally impossible to speak with anybody over the phone. I know all companies are doing this now. But shame on AAA. We have been Members for many decades and this is how they treat their customers. Not sure we will renew.

terrible service. they over charged me $112 for registration. then the supervisor told me to go to dmv to get my refund. go to mission viejo instead

Rude Becky lady at AAA Laguna branch February 23rd 2024 saying loudly let's get the eff out of here to her co worker. I looked over shocked I couldn't believe my ears she didn't seem like the type of person would be yelling that. Also I paid for my policy and I asked for a receipt by email and my agent never gave me a receipt still to this day I didn't get a receipt. Also a little over a year ago I was overcharged mileage by sea country and towing through AAA and when I asked for another company to tow the vehicle because they were price gouging on the mileage the AAA agents completely refuse me service for approximately 5 hours I basically had to call repeatedly over the phone for them to still send the sea country. I overpaid and tow driver left me stranded at the mechanic shop and I had to pay $30 extra to get home. disgusting behavior. AAA should be ashamed of themselves.

Website sucks. Searched website for Global entry information. Info came up with oversized fonts and screen so can’t view entire information.If you want convenience in taking care of your car registration it’s great.Forget the website.

Both my sons came to this location and I requested the same teachers. One was Penny who was so knowledgeable and patient, and the other was Daniel because I needed a particular day and time, and my son really liked his demeanor as well. Its really good training and if you have AAA membership, it's a good deal. You can sign up for extra classes too, like night driving, though my sons both just did the basic required course
