These folks are RAD! Wonderful humans that handle nuanced orders, requests, and returns calmly and kindly. This is a team of chill and wonderful people, and a UPS I am actually delighted to be in. Very much appreciating their patience with my numerous requests. I wanted to write down all their names here, but I fear I may butcher the spelling. Simply a terrific UPS in a beautiful place!

The UPS store is run efficiently and staff is helpful. It can get busy for sure and parking is limited but for the inevitable Amazon return; it's a snap!

I've been a regular here for 3 years now and they provide the best service! Also huge shoutout to the manager there. Yesterday i was in a huge rush and my printer shipping labels were not legible. The manager was so helpful and patient and was multitasking me while still helpful to other customers. I had tk leave bc i was in such a rush and he told me he'd take care of everything for me. Called me an hour later to let me know my labels went through and package was shipped! They are so kind there! :)

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! EMPLOYEES working at this store STOLE my designer jacket that I had taken off when taping up my box. I called the store to confirm the jacket was still there and the worker confirmed it was there. I asked him to please put it in the back and when I arrived it was gone. This was after a rude employee named Craig working in the back quoted me $550 for a package which I ended up shipping with a third party for $250. The service here is terrible and my package arrived damaged. If I could leave zero stars I would. AGAIN AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Just wanted to give a shout out for the extraordinary and wonderful customer service I was lucky to experience at this UPS store last week. Urgently had to get a package to New Jersey and I just missed the last pick up. Ethan, the owner and Ryan one of his colleagues arranged for Ryan to take my package to a UPS hub on his route home so it could make the overnight. I have been to this UPS store three times. Every time I get quick friendly service. In the past I went to the post office to mail out packages. I found their flat rate boxes convenient and were the best I thought I could do. Now I use this UPS store exclusively. Although, my only use of their services are to mail personal packages out. They do a variety of other things including private post boxes. They also have holiday and special occasion cards as well as postal supplies but no boxes for shipping out.Atmosphere: 4.5 stars. The store is clean and neat. I recall a USPS post box outside for letter mail and such. Why the 4.5 stars. Parking is crowded in front of the store. I imagine a lot of people park in the parking lot of the grocery store nearby and walk over to do our business.Service: 5 stars. The staff is very professional, friendly, and quick. I was only mailing packages out but it was small to no line. After going here I kicked myself for not trying them out sooner. They beat the line at the post office.Quality: 5 stars. My packages arrived quickly (faster than USPS). Tracking numbers were great. They print the label for my packages. They keep my information so the next time I shipped a box to the same address it was smoothly processed.Value: 5 stars. The standard by which I compare is to USPS. The packages I sent cost me less in postage than mailing through USPS (their largest flat rate being about $24; I paid like $18 or so). Only difference is that I had to supply my own box. I believe they have the standard insurance that comes with any package of up to $40 or $50.The UPS store feels like one of those times when capitalism wins by empowering a private enterprise to do a better job for a lower price. Makes me feel lucky to live in a country where such places give us a choice and deliver a superior experience.

I've thought about this and I don't take pleasure in generating negative reviews . They need to drop "The UPS store" title. They are not really a UPS store . Don't bring your shipment if you have a UPS corporate account. You will get an angry or pathetic"we don't handle corporate accounts" and then you ask " but this is UPS is t not? " Answer , "We are a franchise" we don't handle these. OK BUT it's the attitude and tone and delivery and hate you feel for walking in from these employees , specificities the old guy with the grey hair. . You will be lucky if they help you beyond that because they are the rude nasty types(not Greg)unless you are a cute female and have light drop off . Also, If you show them a UPS bar code for an amazon return to scan off your phone , You get a not so friendly and rude tone "that's not our code" .. OK Not that big of a deal if you know it's sometimes a high stress environment you are walking into. However , ITS THE SUM OF THE PARTS. I have a choice . I'm glad I have a Fed X account . To sum it up. Low quality of service and attitude overall. Well done and thank you. I hope I never have to use your store anytime soon although I will have to somewhere in the future unfortunately.
