Been coming here for years! Best boutique in Southern California. Every year I ask my family for a gift card for my birthday. I wanted to write a review to let the owner know how nice the new shop girls are! I came in this week with my family and baby boy and they were so sweet and helpful! They have really done a fantastic job of hiring this last year and it shows!

Very cute store i wish i could buy everything here. I did get a hoodie and a necklace. The hoodie was a little more expensive then i was hoping it would be it was $60.

SUCH A GEM! Hands down my favorite clothing store in the Laguna Beach. Always darling clothes, a huge variety of rad swim suits and unique jewelry. Sometimes dangerous because every piece is a must buy! The owner has such fabulous style and energy - its definitely exudes through the whole shop. Blessed to have!

I am a Photographer & buys client clothes/pieces from brands that sells out fast & try to get them in hopes of snagging a few of my favorites. Theshoplaguna carries amazing brands & I was able to get a piece that sold out in minutes. Upon the arrival of the product, I noticed a damage & called them immediately. Lindsey manager of theshoplaguna acted swiftly & we've been back and forth with updates until I got a replacement. This kind of customer care service is lacking in some online retail stores & theshoplaguna has a Lindsey that cares. Thank you! I will be purchasing more for I know they care.

So not sure if this store is trying to give off the vibe that they’re ultra exclusive or they are really that inept at customer service but I was in the store today for about 20 minutes and not one of the 3 salespeople there even acknowledged me…in fact one had the nerve to say ask me to move while I was looking at store items so she could get by without even asking if I needed help. As a close friend of a well known influencer I’m always amused by the customer service I receive when I’m with her compared to not…If I were you I’d take my money elsewhere to buy Billabong and L space items that can be found at just about any other boutique in the OC.

Agree with prior reviews regarding customer service. I bought a bathing suit which I tried on in the store with my undergarments so did not realize that it was very see through until I got home. I went back to the store and explained the situation. All tags were attached and suit was unworn and they refused to let me exchange it for something else. In addition, I just had a baby so it was already difficult enough for me to get there and find a swimsuit that fits. I understand their policies but I am very disappointed. I was hoping they would be a little more understanding and show some compassion. $200 down the drain. I will no longer be shopping here anymore.
