I am very disappointed. I came all the way from Philadelphia and loved all the clothes.
The lady working at the time, not sure if she was the owner or not, followed me and my friend around the store. Every time I would look behind me, she was there. What a shame. We ended up leaving because of how uncomfortable she made us feel.

The store is very cute and the clothes were really nice quality! Unfortunately, before I could even buy anything, one of the workers at this store kept following my friends and I around to the point we felt profiled and uncomfortable. We decided it was best to leave and left a really cute dress I wanted to buy. Sad /:

A great family owned small business. All of the swimsuits are actually sewn in the back of the store! The quality is unbeatable for the price.

I live in Vegas and I go to Laguna with my daughters every year for a girls trip. We always like to stop in Merrilee's and check out what's new. Normally, it's a pleasant experience and we always leave with lots of bags. This time was a very awkward experience. The sales people (I wish I took the time to get their names) were very rude. We just came from a day at the beach so we weren't dressed up but, we certainly didn't look questionable. I felt like I was being watched and they weren't helpful at all when I asked for help with sizes. I was literally getting dirty looks and they would whisper among themselves. I wanted to leave but my daughter wanted to try a few things on. I told her there were plenty of other stores down the street that we could shop at without this type of service. Unfortunately, there were a few items she just "had to have" so we did purchase a few things there as much as I didn't want to. I may check this store out again in the future only because of the good service we've had in the past and I hate to write them off over two employees but, it will be with caution. If I get any attitude at all, on to the many other stores Laguna offers!

Sarah helped me pick out a few outfits to try on. Everything in here is so awesome!! It smells so good too!! They have so many cool retro gift items too. I love the 70's like bell bottom pants and flowery blouses. They have a great selection and adorable tops to be your best retro self!!

Super cute stuff but seemed pricier than it needs to be. But the staff was so nice and the merchandise is so cute, I want to give it 5 stars. I went in only because I had forgotten to pack my swimsuit on a weekend stay. I found a cute one but they didn't have my right size. A couple of other items were out in my size (10) also which actually now makes me want to give it 4 stars.

My parents bought me a gift card for Christmas which sadly got lost in the shuffle and possibly thrown away. I was heartbroken over it. I tried calling the Huntington store where it was purchased and they blew me off telling me there was nothing they could do even though they have records of it in their system. They mentioned to me the owner was located at this location. Desperate for a resolution, my mom happened to be shopping in Laguna that day so she decided she would stop in to speak to her, because surely there must be something that can be done. The sales person was kind and found the receipt again in their system, my mom showed her the bank record of the transaction, and explained the whole awful situation. She was told she would get a call back from the owner to discuss. Well the owner did not call, and also had refused to speak with me during my interaction with the Huntington store. Stating, "Customer service is not my job". They refused to reissue another gift card, basically kept our $50 giving us nothing in return but a super sour taste and bitter feeling that will prevent us from ever spending money at this place ever again. To top it all off as a final slap in the face they called my mom a few days later to offer "30% off 1 item" as a consulation for stealing our $50.
