My Family and I had an amazing experience at this shop! I was so pleased with the service I received from the owner of this business. We had great conversation and found some amazing souvenirs for our family and a cute sweater for daughter. Great prices, perfect location that caught our eye and outstanding service. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing what might catch your eye.

Absolutely love this shop and always call in when visiting from the UK. It's always a few years between visits but I always find something different to buy and love the friendly and efficient customer service from a fellow Brit.

You just earned yourself another 1 star review. The response below from our negative experience is so condescending and unprofessional. Which pretty much sums up our experience and is a true testament to this woman’s character. If you’re truly not the owner then I hope the owner takes the time to review the cameras. We were in the store for a few minutes, not 15-20. That’s a lie. Also, if you don’t want anyone to touch items in the store then don’t have them on display. Who’s to say we weren’t going to buy one? Also, there should be no reason an employee makes faces and roll her eyes while a child (not an adult) is crying. She’s three, what’s your excuse for bad behavior? To answer your question, we had a wonder day and wonderful trip. It’s important to share our experience, especially if another family comes in with a small child.

Not sure if this was the shop owner but I’m assuming it was. Either way this woman was incredibly rude. We were inside the shop for a total of 3 min max and left completely insulted. We’re in from Texas wrapping up 2 days at Disney. We just had lunch a block over and have a 3 year old daughter who asked to go see the water. Not prepared we stopped to grab a suit for her. My husband asked if there were toddler suits the woman there seemed busy even though we were the only people in the store and told him back left corner and walked the opposite direction. I went to the back and immediately grabbed two sizes and asked if she knew what a xxs and xs was in reference to age. Like does xxs mean 2-4? Or 0-2? They both looked similar and I thought she might know. You would have thought I asked her to solve a mathematical equation with attitude she gave. Her response “oh gosh, I have no clue. I mean some kids look like they’re 5 when they’re not” and walked away. Umm ok thanks. Not exactly what I was asking but clearly she didn’t want to help. Then she immediately looked at my daughter holding two stuffed mermaid dolls and asked us to take them away. She said she didn’t want her damaging them. My husband and I grabbed them quickly from her because as we both felt how upset she was and that set my three year old off. Immediately my daughter started screaming and crying and the looks this woman gave us were so insulting!! Rolling her eyes and breathing hard. It was a mess. I put the items on the counter and we walked out. We were in the store no less than 3 min and clearly this woman never wanted us in the store to begin with.

Customer service in here is the best. The Gal who ownes this place is such a delight to chat with. The prices are low and very reasonable. Bought a hat for the beach.

We were visiting from New Mexico on October 4, 2023 and made an impromptu trip to Laguna Main Beach. Our older children did NOT bring their swimsuits but decided it was too much temptation and went for a swim/play in the ocean. We didn't have a change of clothes and didn't wish you dirty the rental vehicle. Called Debra at Main Beach Outlet and she was soooo accommodating. She found shorts for our 13 and 16 year old sons and allowed them to use the dressing rooms to change into dry clothes. I feel like she gave us great deals on all items purchased, especially for the situation and even ran out bag we forgot out to us as we were leaving. She was so kind to our 6 year old daughter and the husband and I were able to score some great shirts to remember the experience by. If we are ever back in this neck of the world again we will be sure to visit her shop again. Cute store, great staff, reasonable prices for top quality. Located right behind the main beach playground. Thanks Debra. We are home in NM again and the boys Love their Laguna Beach shorts!!

I love this little shop. First of all the selection is awesome, stuff for all seasons. Second the prices are extremely affordable compared to most of the boutiques in town. Lastly, the owner is so sweet and friendly! Not to mention the location is ideal if you're walking around downtown. I've purchased multiple times from here and will continue to support this great store!

I loved shopping at this adorable store. So much cute stuff for reasonable prices. Also, I got to chat with the gal at the cashier, Deborah, for about 10 minutes after my purchases. She was very friendly and I had a great time chatting with her. She is great with people!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I was shopping in the main beach outlet and I saw a sweatshirt that I wanted to try on as any normal person does, it was a kids XL sweatshirt and I'm a very petite girl 5'4 110 pounds so I wear this size frequently though I am an adult. The lady at the desk with an English accent came over and started yelling "you cannot try that on you are not a child!!!" in front of may people in the store shopping as well. I told her I understand that ma'am but I'd like to try this on as I'm interested in buying it. She was talking on her phone and began to tell whoever was over the phone that a crazy woman is trying to try on children's clothing and talking about our business, yet again in front of everyone in the store. After that when I had already put the sweatshirt back she came back over and again was yelling that I cannot try on kids clothes I'm not a child over and over while I calmly told her I understand that ma'am I'm not trying to put it on anymore I've already set it down but if I wear a child's size frequently and am interested in buying why does it matter. She proceeded to pick back up the sweatshirt and tell me your going to buy it before you try it on. I told her again I was no longer interested in buying it and put the things down I was going to buy and left. I don't suggest this store to anyone and will never be going back.
