We had an awesome experience with Laguna Surf and Sport! I signed up by two sons for surf lessons and everyone was friendly and professional from start to finish. Tess was an amazing instructor! The boys both complimented her patience and guidance during their first time surfing and asked to come back for another lesson at our next trip our here. We picked up a few souvenirs at the store afterwards and everyone there was also super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Great staff at the front desk. Taller thin guy. minus a friend being in the shop getting fired up talking about a wave that was stolen from him...to loud and dramatic to make shopping fun. Clothing is nice. Picked up a few logo items as gifts.

Needed a pair of fins. The younger employees helped me select a comfortable pair of DaFins. They seemed to be knowledgeable and were friendly. Keep up the good work. That's why I shop Laguna Surf & Sport.

I walked in here only because it was featured on MTV's Laguna Beach, but I stepped out with a new hoodie and I am very happy with my purchase. :) The hoodie was not exactly cheap, but it is well worth the price for its quality. Customer service was superb! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the employee on the floor and counter were both super helpful and welcoming. This store is definitely worth a stop!

I’m from Charlotte, NC and came here to fan girl over LB and Stephen! The staff was incredible - so friendly, helpful, and personable!! 10/10 recommend and will definitely come visit again!!

Return policy excessively restrictive and outdated. Returned an item, unused undamaged, and unopened only a day after purchase and yet was only able to receive store credit. Apparently "hard goods," which is half the store items, are not able to be refunded for anything other than store credit. It was a pricey item that they could sell at full price and now they also receive the value of my other purchases. I was not told that the hard goods were unable to be returned prior to purchase. I would have appreciated this as it's an uncommon policy for the area. Thankfully, the store does have a wide variety of brands and items, so store credit is not the worse thing in the world, though truth be told the items are quite overpriced. After the credit runs out, I will not be returning as a customer and I hope my review warns others to be careful about purchasing from the store.

Don't shop anywhere else. This is the original surf shop in town and still the best. Adam and Watto, the mangers, are the best and always super helpful.

They offer surf lessons and I can only recommend! I had a great time with Cayla, she is an amazing teacher, takes really great care and is just enjoyable to be around!Really great down to earth place
