Great service, thank you! I was so happy you had the piñata stamps in for my daughter's birthday invitations. She has never had a big family party before. So I am trying to make sure every detail is special. The stamps will add an extra touch of magic and hopefully will bring our family out from Utah.

I haven't found any mail in my mailbox in a month. The mailbox here is now sealed so you can't even mail a letter. I don't know why this facility is even open.

I wish I didn't have to go to this post office but it's local. The customer service is not friendly actually very rude. Seems to be very consistent it's not the first time.

Drivers are so unprofessional, IF they decide to leave my package, they leave it in the street at the top of the driveway or leave it on my neighbors wall. I have a flag lot and on other days they'll leave a note in the mailbox that I wasn't available for delivery and return my packages to sender. They don't even bother to come down the driveway to the front door to see if I'm actually available. The good thing is Karma doesn't miss their address.

They sent back my package to the sender because they said that the addressee was not recognized at the address. I have lived in this house for the last 2 and half months and been getting packages from Amazon, UPS and FedEx with no issues. Every time I am supposed to get a package shipped by US Post Office, it is delayed, dropped next door, or now sent back to the sender. How is it that every other transportation vendor can deliver on time, and accurately, but our own government service paid by our tax dollars can not execute on basic services. I want my tax dollars back and I'll pay Amazon, UPS or FedEx double to get my shipments here and on time.

Yolanda, there was no need for you to talk over your co worker who was simply trying to help us and yell in front of other customers when we were simply trying to get help on an international shipment. Making strange comments to my mother demanding that she better pay for the tape used to close the shipping box (we never said we wouldn't pay for the tape, which we did with another extra envelope,insurance, faster shipping etc, even though we later realized she did not seem to make the customer she was helping pay for his tape, strange), unwilling to help with simple questions about packaging (box sizes, international shipping options), very passive and intense attitude overall... (Yolanda, we are not really the type to steal $3 packaging tape from USPS, just locals that would prefer not having to leave bad reviews like these). Shouldn't you be focusing on the customer in front of you instead? We were already being helped by your co worker, not you! so why all these unnecessary comments over your coworkers shoulder while you should be helping other customers, he ended up getting the job done just fine, but you didn't . We all know its not an easy time for anyone right now, but as an employee in retail and customer support your attitude seemed way out of line to the point where I feel the need to bring this up and post it. I just hope my return gets to its destination in the time I was told and nothing ends up getting lost. Note for future customers: bring your own damn tape from home, thats the best lesson I learned today. Thanks Yolanda.

Postal home delivery terrible-used to be great; now , letters left on ground, wrong address letters let in box and letters to mail out are not picked up. Cannot reach post office-all listed numbers have a "wrong number " recording

The employees are very helpful and friendly at this post office. Plus, the prices at USPS are so much better then the competition. This is a great post office. I will drive the extra 5 minutes for this location.

This post office is the reason people don't want to the government doing anything....they've failed to deliver several packages and the phone number has been disconnected. I can call the PO in Corona Del Mar. What kind of business is this?
