I was sent to John's by Gem Mountain Studios as the best, no question, as THE Jeweler to modify/recreate a platinum heirloom piece into something wonderful. I only had a picture with me but left the concept with John himself. John's also had the basic items I was looking for - durable silver hoops exactly the right size with my preferred clasp style! Beautiful store in an historic building full to the gills with items from practical to exceptional. Highly recommend. ?”

“I've had two rings created by Kirk Milette. Both have a story behind them and both have a personal history that I cherish. When one of the rings needed a bit of a tune up (after daily wear for more than 10 years), I contacted Kirk and he said he'd be happy to take a look at the ring.It's a bit of an unusual piece in that it has an abalone "pearl" featured with the diamond and I didn't want to trust it to any jeweler other than the one who'd originally designed and created this ring. I mailed it off (we're out of state these days) and Kirk contacted me upon the ring's receipt as well as after his inspection. His communication was exemplary, his pricing more than fair and the speed of the work done truly surprised me.The ring was returned to me safely and it's once again on my hand where it will be part of even more memories.Based on my experience, I recommend Kirk Milette Jewelry with my highest praise. Hmmmm...perhaps I need to visit his shop when we're in the Southern California area again and see if there's *another* piece I spot--or that Kirk can create for me. :D”

“Wonderful little store down in the village of Laguna Beach. It's in the cute Laguna Seas Mall on Forest Avenue.The store has so many great finds when it comes to women's clothing.You'll find so many choices here from high-end dresses to sweaters and cute, puffy vests. I wish I took more pictures, but I got so wrapped up in my purchase, I didn't! Sabrina was really helpful and accommodating as well. She was very warm, honest about certain styles on me and super complimentary. She made me feel like 100 bucks when I tried something on.I'm so happy with my sweater coat and my experience there - had to give them 5 stars. “Where to start! I was sent to Gem by Laguna Toe Rings as a first place to look for specific earrings. Though Gem did not have those, I had trouble maintaining eye contact with the Owner due to the breathtaking displays. I am not a big, jewelry person. I'm a Mariner. I don't wear a lot of jewelry, I don't attend many events and I don't have tons of money but whoa. First one piece, then another, then another caught my eye and imagination! I did purchase something exquisite one of my daughters, and the owner told me exactly where to find what I was looking for. He was kind, knowledgeable, obviously a Master at his craft, and shop pricing is pretty magical too. ?”

“Out of all the stores this one is definitely my favorite. I really love their jewelry, you can dress it up or down. The only part I don't like is the sales associates are fairly pushy to sell items and it's a bit too much for me. Great prices for what you get.”
