As mentioned by another reviewer, I had a extremely shocking experience with the woman with the curly hair who works here/owns this business. lam a Laguna local and waîked in to purchase something. After not being greeted when I walked in, she proceeded to blankly stare at me and say "I hate dogs" in regards to my Goldendoodle which was a service dog I had with me. Not only was it unprofessional and rude, but she also seemed either mentally unstable or severely lacking social skills. I will not be returning to this business and I do not recommend it to anyone else. Also the place is falling apart and looks very unkept, the current photos do not reflect the store.

Arrived at my conference to find I didn't have any undergarments and was frantic to find a place open that could help me. Not only did IC London stay open late to accommodate me, when I got there, she had a wide selection of gorgeous items ready for me to try on, arranged by style and price. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I left with my new favorite bras. They are a top-notch boutique!

I never take time to write yelp reviews but this really bothered me. I was out to lunch with some friends when we decided to stop by this place. The older lady with curly hair who seems to be the owner, was extremely rude and super judgy!!! Everything we looked at she had something to say and was very pushy. She made a rude comment to my friend about "the size" that would best fit her. Another comment she made was assuming we couldn't afford anything because we were young. I will never go back here again, beware of the old lady with curly hair...

Ok, finally found a place that has classy sexy attire rather than the stuff carried by the big corporate chains. These ladies know their stuff and are most helpful. Don't believe the reviews about pushy sales people, pure garbage. They help us who need it find appropriate gifts for those we love and cherish. Great job ladies! Much appreciated!!

I was incorrectly sized not once, but twice by two different shop keepers. It's very disappointing bc I bought some expensive bras with the wrong band size (too small), took them back was fitted again and the replacement band size was too large! Now my bras are not staying in place, they keep riding up my back.

Elizabeth found my size right away and trust me, that isn't easy! Her recommendations were amazing and I came away with bras, panties, night shirts, and a robe that look wonderful and fit amazingly. I will be back!

What a great find in Laguna Beach. Love my purchase and only wish I didn't live so far away; I'd shop here often. The customer service was the very best part of my experience--the two terrific ladies who helped me were so lively and fun that if my Uber ride had not been waiting curbside, I'd have stayed longer, had more fun, and bought much more!

I came in here with my boyfriend with some concerns about not finding lingerie that really makes me feel confident. I have a long torso, smaller boobs, wide hips and a big butt. I struggle with wedgies in one pieces and can't usually find sets or bodysuits that fit both my top, bottom, and height. The lady was so kind, gave me tons of options, made me feel super comfortable as I did a little catwalk. This kind of stuff definitely needs to be tried on. I'll come here after every paycheck!

Walked in here today while exploring Laguna, and I walked out with a great new set of undies and a kimono. All the products are awesome and flattering. I was also given a run through of the store and shown suggestions based on what I was gravitating towards. I've probably bought things like this twice in my whole life, but now I'm inspired :-)! What a great place.

Love this excellent lingerie and clothing boutique in the ♥ of Laguna Beach. Shopping is always fun here and you feel so well attended to with the ladies who are unmatched in customer service.
