I’ve been consigning my designer items with Rob this past year and have not only sold a bunch of items, but have had only positive and pleasant interactions with him and his staff! Kristy is amazing and always helps with checking, authenticity, and making sure my items are showcased and priced appropriately! Rob is a man of his word, and someone I love doing business with! Highly recommend this place for buying or selling!

Beware of this store. The owner is a very dishonest condescending man to women. He would not return a malfunctioning handbag that I purchased the day before. He accused me of telling a story, LIE, about the bag. He kept asking me many times if I liked the bag, so I would say yes, then accused me of lying. I told him not to accuse me of lying and pointed my finger at him. He stood up and told me not to point my finger, and told me to take the bag and leave his store. He is a Bully who won't admit fault, and uses corrosive behavior!!

Owner over charged me for sales tax. Said sales tax in Orange County was 10% then when I looked it up and said it was 7.75% he said he was charging me 2.9% cc processing fee. Still didn’t add up. Then got mad and said I should just take the dress if I didn’t want to pay for it. Then gave me $10 in cash back. Weird! Sales lady was awesome though.

I found a dress I liked and talked them down on the price. The dress was never worth $359. There was no recognizable name brand on the dress. I liked it though and agreed to pay $220. The owner didn't have me sign anything or see the receipt. Luckily he sent a receipt to my phone. I looked at the text message receipt and saw I was charged $245. I asked why I was charged $25 for sales tax. He told me sales tax was close to 10% in CA. (That still does't add up, as 10% of $220 is still just $20). So I did a quick google search and saw the sales tax rate was 7.75%. Then he claimed he was charging me 2.9% to cover cc charges. I said he needed to inform me ahead of time if he was charging me that fee as I considered that to be the cost of doing business. Then he got mad at me and said I should just take the dress and not pay for it, weird. Then he gave me $10 in cash to cover the $7 he over charged me and I left. I thought Kristie, the sales person was nice. Overall, it was a bad experience I would not repeat. They willingly admit they have fake items in their store. It is against the law to sell fakes and I should have known right then it wasn't a place I wanted to do business with.

Went in with my friend, at 4:30 and got no welcome, our friends walked in behind us and got a warm welcome and was told where everything was placed. The lady at the front asked our friends if they needed help with anything, we didn’t get asked once. The entire time the lady at the front was staring at me and my friend, making it feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. We all left, and that was the only time she said anything to us.

A friend and I visited this store and saw they were selling designer handbags. She was leery of them being real and I was skeptical of spending that kind of money on a fake product. I asked the owner, who I see from these reviews, his name is Rob, if a certificate of authenticity is given with all of their bags. I feel I am a good judge of character and did not feel he was being genuine. We left the store and felt I needed to do my due diligence before forking out that kind of money on a luxury purchase. I decided to look up Yelp reviews and lo and behold, my gut was right. I went a step further to look at the Better Business Bureau (Havoc FashionS) and just as I suspected a complaint was filed in August 2022 for selling a counterfeit handbag without issuing proof of authenticity. No thanks, I'm out and will not be doing business with frauds!!

We purchased a Chanel bag and it turned out it was a fake bag, we paid cash and they refused to do a return as they require a authentication report which no major brands provide, if an authentication report is needed this store should have them for each item they sell The only reason my previous review was removed because I didn't include specifics that follow their guidelines so I went ahead and completed a review that is accurate based on our experience. Again the first review was removed because it didn't have all the details of my experience so I went ahead and I posted a new one that is accurate and follows the correct guidelines. My experience with your company was purchasing a fake Chanel bag and that is all that is being left in the review, you can post the original removal notice but that doesn't make my experience invalid, we paid cash and then when confronted you couldn't do anything and asked for authentication for an item bought at your store.

Jane is the manager and treats the store as if it was her own. She puts all the look's together so cool, always great new merchandise. Reminds me of my favorite vintage store in Paris. It's great to visit every few weeks to find new treasures.

The owner Rob LaBella was disrespectful when my friend & I looking at clothing and also stated we probably could not afford. Who is he to state this? And his employee Kristie who posted on Yelp was intoxicated and rude to us. The shop was disorganized as my friend phoned ahead of time to pick up a sweater and the owner Rob had no idea where it was, he then walked out of the store and ignored us.

As a professional in the retail industry from every aspect to now a full time personal stylist , I will like to give a huge shout out to Havoc Fashion. The merchandise is amazing! Luxury brands , great condition and quality. The level of customer service from Jane ( who is quite seasoned in the fashion industry) and Rob the new owner is stellar. They go above and beyond to give white glove service!! If you are looking for a unique piece of art to add to your wardrobe shop at Havoc!!!!

All I’m going to say is wow the moment I walked in was eye candy a lot of good deals for bags necklace dresses and sweaters right in time for the winter holidays so come check them out they also have very nice staff and easy to locate

I would like to tell you my experience with Havoc Fashions. First of all as soon as I walked in the store I was Greeted by smiling staff that showed me a lot of attention and great Designer Fashions , this brought me a tremendous comfort feeling. Also they immediately ask how they can help me, and immediately pointed me to the right direction. The Customer service and the Staff Knowledge of the goods is a plus. I will definitely shop here again and tell my family and Friends to shop at Havoc Fashions!
