Bought a steezy Jaguar XJR100 from Abraham and had smog issues from the get go. Abraham and Dario always made time for me and we eventually got that black cat compliant. These guys treat their customers right and had my back after the purchase which is exceedingly rare nowadays. I hope to pick up another sweet ride from these guys sooner rather than later!

The tech at Franks took a few minutes (with a full garage) to fix a little issue on our Panamera before a long drive. It was a late saturday afternoon, the work was performed quickly, with a smile, and at a fair price. Thanks!

Just bought a MB SL550 from Abe at Frank's Motorcars this week. Abe was very professional from our first phone call to when we picked the car up. We agreed to a price for the car over the phone and gave him a deposit to hold it until we could make the three hour drive to the dealership to inspect the vehicle. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated by Abe.

As a 40 year resident of Laguna Beach and ardent supporter of local businesses I am a long time customer of Frank's auto shop. I always felt being treated fairly when I was dealing with Dario the manager at the service department. Just recently though that trust was blatantly broken and taken advantage of when it was Dario's day off and I was dealing with the service desk clerk Manny.I had 4 tires which I provided, because Dario couldn't get the type and brand that I prefer, but agreed to work with me and mount and balance them for me.The day I dropped off the car to perform said service Dario was off and Manny was on duty. When I came in to pick up the car, Manny presented me a bill for $280, which I thought was somewhat excessive since I had payed $160 for the same service in the past and even just recently for my other car.After inquiring, with Manny, about the steep amount for mounting 4 tires, he just gave me a snarky response and arrogantly said ...."Everything is expensive these days" Not wanting to make a fuzz I went home but was not happy with this and called all the local tire stores for a quote to perform said service with my type and size of tires. The 4 quotes that I received ranged between $140-160 which seems appropriate. I also called Frank's other shop in San Clemente and was quoted a price of $145.Conclusion, stay away from Manny the service-desk-clerk at Frank's, because it seems he is out to only rip off customers on the go.It is this kind of practice and behavior that earned incompetent car sales people like Manny the well earned and deserved moniker ...."Unhappy, little, conning, female genitalia".One disappointed former customer

We came in to Laguna on vacation, not planning on buying a car, but we found a real deal at Franks Motor Cars. Abe was awesome to work with. They even helped us find transport to send it home to Kansas. It was an all around excellent experience.

Excellent customer service from Dario when I went to Franks to find a Mercedes convertible !The service department manager, Manny, is also awesome and, I believe, very fairly priced for repairs & service Unfortunately my MB has been totaled - I immediately wrote to Dario to locate another for me !

Brought my old Mercedes here to get fixed. I work on cars myself and had explained in detail what had been diagnosed and fixed. They told me the brand new parts I bought were defective so I replaced the brand new parts. And to no one's surprise it did not fix the issue. Brought the car back twice. Sat on the the lot for over 3 months, and they only looked at it maybe twice. Kept lying to me and said they would look at it and we got into this perpetual limbo where I would call asking if they looked at it once and week, to which I'd always get some excuse as to why they couldn't look at it. They just wouldn't tell me they didn't know how to work on the car/diagnose. This is a shop that just throws parts at stuff, not really wallet friendly. Shop across the street is more transparent & knowledgeable.
