“I was formerly with AT&T and decided I wanted to go back to T-Mobile. Usually going to a cell store is annoying: long lines, pushy sales people, just not a pleasant vibe in general. Paris was great! She got me exactly what I wanted, she wasn't like the awkward pushy salesman, she just listened to what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. Not only that, she also managed to assists her teammates and customers when the store got busier while efficiently multitasking.”

“Took my Harman Kardon PM665, integrated amp from 1986 in for volume knob and switch cleaning to get rid of the crackle that had been running thru it for years. Man what a difference Bill made. I should have taken in this years ago. Bill said the amp is too old to get parts. So he cleaned every switch and knob as best as possible.when I brought the amplifier home after just a couple days the sound is pure & clear once again and most importantly crackle free. Sounds like new, Bill made for a very easy and quick repair.”

“UPDATE: technical support from MH reached out and was very adamant on making things right. They took the defective printer back and had a new one to my house the next day; was actually amazed at how fast they got a new one to me. I think the bigger issue is Crealitys product and not the fault of Matterhackers. They were very professional and helpful throughout my ordeal and in the end got it fixed.Very frustrating experience. Was going to go to Micro Center but thought I would see this place since it was fairly close. Ended up purchasing a k1 max online, shipment and everything was very fast and on time.The printer however is a different story. Received the printer, worked for about a day and then completely bricked. Getting error 2505 and when I finally got in touch with Creality they told me the mainboard needs to be replaced. After that creality has been 0 support. Matterhackers is falling into that category. I make my income with my printers and so far customer support has been extremely slow, as in 1 email a day. And each time it goes to my spam folder so I don't even see it right away. I apparently cannot get the part replaced because they haven't deemed the printer unoperational...this baffles me. So I am currently left in the dark waiting on an answer because I apparently can neither return nor exchange the printer without paying a big fee. Not sure I'll be back here.Just to be clear, at no point was anyone at MH rude or anything. Quite the opposite. They are always extremely nice and respectful. It is just the process of all this that is frustrating. Don't see how they can sell me a defective printer that I've had less than a week, and charge me 15% of a $900 purchase for a return or exchange on top of shipping.”

“More genius than Harry Potter! This company is great. Adam assisted me. My repair was minor but I suspect they can do pretty much anything regardless of how much there is to it. I broke my laptop cover / hinge. They had to order the part. They day they got it I took my computer in and they had it done in an hour! Again, more troublesome issues probably take longer. Adam (and a couple of other I'd spoken to on the phone) was so helpful, polite and profession. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!”

“We had a recent billing discrepancy after upgrading plans and a couple of phones at this location last month. Today, my wife spent over an hour on the phone with T-Mobile customer service and they were unable to correct the issue. We then walked into this same store prepared to have to put up a fight to correct our bill. We were elated when Liz, one of the managers, was able to locate the problem by pulling up our recent bills. She made the correction on spot, credited our account, and even gave us a follow-up call to confirm the changes she made. It's hard to find good customer service these days, so my wife and I are extremely happy. Props to Liz and this T-mobile location. ?”
