I'm a regular guest at this amazing location! The service is phenomenal! All of the workers, that work here, go above and beyond. The store manager Andrew, the assistant manager, Kevin,,the supervisor Kevin, Ada, Brittney and Sam are amazing management! All of the cashiers do an amazing job too! The pharmacy team are the best!
James is the best cashier there.
The store is, always, clean and organized. There's always plenty of parking and the parking is free. Keep up the good work CVS in Laguna Beach.

I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for at least 18 years. I go in the other day for my monthly prescription. I'm 2nd in line standing where I always do. NOBODY behind me. Pharmacist comes out yelling and asking if I got a text that my prescription is ready. Yes. FFS I've been getting texts every day for a week. He proceeds to yell at me to follow the whiteboard signs. WHAT? Literally waiting in line for a pickup like I always do. I don't need to be berated and treated like I'm 5 years old because some man is having a bad day. Maybe the pharmacist should try Lexapro? I'll give him my prescription. SETTLE DOWN bro.

As a Lagina beach resident we need to put a stop to a pharmacist like Kha that does not care; is to have him removed, he is immature and unwilling to help us, please contact Cvs ceo and supervisors as we are all sick and tired of this treatment for our community

Welcoming and Excellent service as usual from Mr. Ahed, today’s visit received great help in the wound care and at the cashier from Mr. James. Not to forget mentioning Mr. Hazem from the pharmacy who made sure to have answers to my questions from the pharmacist as well as helping for the medication pick.Best CVS I have been till now and they are well deserved to put the time for this review.Thank you all.

The pharmacist, Kha N., is extremely rude : takes a terrible tone, gives attitude, talks over me, and even takes calls in the middle of consultations so he doesnt have to answer questions aka do his job. Furthermore, he does not follow-up when asked to contact providers, insisting it has been done even though the doctor says it has not. I let it slide until it became a pattern. They need a pharmacy manager with a better personality as we are PATIENTS. Hopefully they fire him and replace him because the rest of the staff is nice! He is too emotionally immature and stubborn to do this job efficiently and with professionalism.

I've loved this pharmacy and the employees that work there, for decades. But they've been shaving back their hours increasingly, from 10 to 9, on weeknights, and they're only open until 5 or 6 on the weekends. And now, even on weeknights they're only open till 8 - which is just making it too impractical and inconvenient for me to use them.

I had to come to this pharmacy to pick up my husband's prescription. When I went to the pharmacy area, I was distracted by the La Roche Posay display. I had been looking for an item from them, and it's sold out everywhere. As I was looking, a young woman who worked there came up to me and asked if I needed help. I asked her for the item I was looking for....and it was sold out. She apologized and offered me a comparable product. I was really happy that she offered me something similar. I didn't even know a comparable item existed. I then went to wait in line to get my husband's prescription. As I was waiting, the woman approached me with the original item I had been looking for that was out of stock. She said she had gone in the back and opened a shipment that had just come in. The item I was looking for was in the shipment!!! I was so happy I almost hugged her. This woman had gone out of her way to make me happy. She made my day. She really did and I told her so. I then was helped at the pharmacy. They were very nice, polite and efficient. I got all my items and went home happy. I normally go to the CVS Cypress, near where I live. I love them there too. But, I had to get a prescription at this other location. They really have great customer service as a priority at CVS.
