Mehdi has been such an amazing person to work with during a horrific time of planning my sister's memorial service. My niece, throughout this process, has dealt with so many vendors who have shockingly been incredibly rude, insensitive, and condescending but Mehdi at Copy & Print Center, in Laguna Beach, has been a breath of fresh air. He has been kind,compassionate, and understanding during this process even with our indecision, lack of focus, tears, and last minute requests. I can't say enough about this man and how amazing it was to work with him.

Between printing certifications, helping me revamp the way my resume and cover letters look, all the way down to getting things notarized (as rare as that still is), the service is unbeatable. I always try to utilize small businesses whenever I can and I'm happy to say copy and print center fills the gap when it comes to product and customer service. It's always a pleasure to come in and see the furry 4 legged employees as well!

The owner Mendhi has gotten so bitter and so mean that I will never go here again. He used to be lovely and got all my business. But, my teenage daughter went to have a passport photo taken and felt so bullied by him that she broke into tears. A week before, I had something important sent to London and it didn't go through. He didn't even bother to tell me that he wasn't able to send it and he had all my contact info! When I told him it could have delayed an important business transaction, he just shrugged. Go next door instead.

I needed printing done for some double-sided full color wedding invitation templates I bought on Etsy. Mehdi and Mindy responded with a quote under one hour of my initial inquiry. They offered to make minor adjustments at no cost if I needed it, and had the project done within one day (I had no pressing deadline). The finished invitation sets came out beautifully printed by Mindy. Their pricing was incredibly fair, and Mehdi had some beautiful envelopes he sold us when we asked upon pick-up. If they had charged any less, I would have felt awful. The process couldn't have gone easier, and the final product was high-quality. They're my go-to print shop from now on.

I am a digital native so I love the convenience and environmental impact of reducing print wherever possible but sometimes you really do need it! This cute little shop only charges .22 cents a copy and has a very convenient email-pick up option that makes not owning a personal printer a no brainer! So worth it! I live near the village so often times I'll email my print request over to the shop and by the time I get there, it's already down and waiting for me. I'm usually printing pre-paid USPS labels for shipping items so I often use the little desk set up inside to apply my label to packages and then walk them over to the USPS on Forest. On busier days (or during covid) I had to wait outside but it really is not a place people hang out for a long time so you're never waiting long. This location is right across from Bank of America (on the east side) so using their lot for parking can be helpful too. Sometimes I see stacks of menus from the local restaurants or big signage waiting to be picked up too so you know this is a well-engrained local print shop and I'm happy to bring them my little print jobs as well.

Family owned shop. Hard working professions , efficient, friendly. Copy and Print is a place to make a few copies, laminate notary. Copy and Print perform unimaginable art, works... huge posters, personal items i.e., address inked stamper, signs, magnets...at great value and service!! Most recently Copy and Print helped (save me) with my daughter's wedding at The Ranch in Laguna. Copy and Print (Mehdi, Mindy and Peanut) designed all signage, place cards et cetera. They suggested incredible, Beautiful ideas of course the Bridezilla finalized the proofs. They produce exemplary service and work! Forget the franchise big companies!
