I came in for a small litter box as one of my kitties is sick, and I wanted a box available closer to the room he is resting in. Keith was so helpful and asked about my kitty's condition and gave helpful tips and even offered samples of freeze dried treats to help stimulate our kitty, Mousey's appetite. He loved the freeze dried chicken that I offered him when I got home. Thank you, Keith! I've always had a great experience at this store the past 13 years living in Laguna. ?

My husband and I love this store. The gentleman at the counter (not sure if he is the owner) is very informative about all the products and gives his honest opinion and doesn't try to over sell. We adopted Cooper 8 months ago and take him here for his grooming. The employees in the grooming area are friendly and do a really nice job.

Our 11.5 yr old golden retriever is in his last days. We've been experimenting with different foods so he'll eat. Their employees are so helpful and knowledgeable to help. I don't care what their prices are or even to compared to other places. It's local and convenient and so nice to have people understand your predicament. So I'm highly recommending this business to all pet owners, they really care and have an abundance of really good products.

I can highly recommend! Our dogs love the owner Jessica from the bottom of their heart. The Costumer service is particularly amazing. Jessica went above and beyond to help select a food for my extremely allergic dog.This spot has everything you need for your pet, and it's location is super convenient with free parking. HUGE plus in busy Laguna Beach.

Cool local store, has all the essentials and some fun treats and toys I don't see everywhere else. Employees are always friendly and helpful -- my bulldog Swisher and I are happy to continue supporting this local business! We'll be back for some fresh bully sticks soon. :)
