Was visiting from out of town and wanted to get a tacky shirt to brag to my friends at home. Sabrina was very helpful in assisting me by pointing out the perfect shirt I was looking for, finding the right size I needed, folding it and checking me out with a smile. This girl deserves a raise! Hope to be able to come back soon!

There are two very rude bichs working here. mocking guests. Fire immediately. Billabong's dignity is lowered. Feeling nauseous even after a few days. Very uneducated women. There are already many reviews like this. The owner must see it. Please also see the Billabong headquarters. I will send you an e-mail.

I would not recommend this shop in Laguna Beach. The lady working was extremely rude. When I walked in the store I was not greeted at all. There was not many clothing options either. When I left the store I said "Have a nice day" to the lady working and she blatantly ignored me.

I’d avoid Billabong. Very customer unfriendly brand. Absolutely do your own research, but here’s my example: a relative was planning ahead and bought my son some shorts as a gift a couple months back. He just received them. They didn’t fit. Even though Billabong still sells the shorts and we just received the receipt, Billabong won’t allow an exchange. Not asking for a return mind you - an exchange for a size that fits. Virtually every brand and retailer on the planet will accommodate an exchange with a receipt when the product is still new and current. But not Billabong.There are so many great lifestyle brands out there, I’d absolutely pick one of them instead. And By all means don’t buy any Christmas gifts from this brand. If they don’t fit you’re seemingly out of luck!

Love this store however the customer service I experienced at my last visit was far from pleasant. I bought some swim suits online which when ordering states I can return to any Billabong location to exchange. Great! Swimsuits were a little tight needed to return. I have returned online orders at this location many times before. At my last visit when I brought items to return the girl working said "can you just do this online? We lose money when we ship directly from store to an outlet location." She refused to complete my return within 30 days of purchase when it clearly states online I can return in store. Little does she know I would have spent a lot of money in the store If she just excepted my return. You just lost a customer.

Sabrina helped us today with an online return of nearly $800. She was sweet and courteous and I used to work retail so I know online returns go against the stores sales goals, but she helped us promptly without complaints.She was encouraging us to shop in her store while we were here and told us about all of the great new products.We will be back to shop at this location for sure.
