It's such a cute local shop with amazing staff. I was looking for sunscreen for my son and we found baby sunscreen and a baby hat. My friend was able to find a great cardigan as well. The gentleman working was so amazing. He was so helpful and sweet. I recommend stopping by this local shop if you're in the area!

Horrible customer service. I just went in today and the sweatshirt I got had a tear in the sleeve and I went to ask for a return or an exchange they didn’t have any without holes in my size and the worker was very cold and mean and about it. She just made us leave with a $45 sweatshirt with a big tear in the sleeve.

This store has some cute things and I bought an outfit for my daughter as a gift. It didn't fit, so I took it back to the store to ask for store credit so she could go pick something out for herself later. Apparently, one of the items was a sale item and not returnable or exchangeable. I didn't get it off the sales rack, and there was only one price on the tag-no regular price/sale price. I didn't argue but asked for a store credit for the other item. The clerk didn't know how to do that. I'm stuck with an unusable outfit, and on further inspection, it's very cheaply made and definitely not worth the price. In addition to all this, the clerk was on a personal phone call when I walked in. I wasn't greeted and when I walk up to the counter she ignored me at first and then said "Do you need something?" As if I were troubling her. This is a good place to avoid.

I was in need of a hat to protect my face and a sweatshirt so I came here on Saturday and found both! They have a sae going on but neither item I purchased was part of that. My sweatshirt says Laguna Beach and it's so comfy and soft!! My hat says Laguna Beach so now I look like a total tourist! Lol

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer treatment. My sons girlfriend found pants she liked here. My son left her at the store to look around more and came to get me on a nearby bench to buy the pants. When we got back just minutes later, his gf was being accosted for stealing a dress! She had no bags on her and was wearing tight jeans and a simple tee. My son showed him the dress that was alleged missing. No apology, just kept insisting the dress was gone. Here's the creepy part - this accuser stated he watched her put on the dress... she was in the dressing room. Does this store have cameras in the dressing room? Or 2-way mirrors? Shopper beware.

An impromptu stop looking for Laguna Beach souvenirs. My friends and I came close to sing and the gentleman is not even rush our shopping. Found some really cute tops and summer dresses. Even grabbed these cozy sweatshirts with Laguna Beach logos and they were perfect! Grabbed a mini surfboard also to bring back home for my son. Great little spot along the coast to enjoy a little shopping. Very affordable.

I didn't think in Laguna I could find a place affordable and fun to shop! I had just gone paddle boarding and all my clothes were wet. I needed a place to buy something quick cute and affordable. Beach trade is centrally located and had decent sales. It seems to be a mom n pop shop. Perfect to get some last minute Laguna beach clothes.

Terrible customer service!!! I was looking for a volleyball and this store had one priced @ $ 27.00 , I bought the ball and after I played I went to the gas station. The gas station had the same exact ball for $12.99!! I walked to another store and they had it for $ 12.99 . I decided to go back and I talked to the owners who said no! You can't have your money back! I told them I felt ripped off, they said where's yhe box! .. they sold the ball without a box, @ the end they kept the ball and my money. WTF! Do not shop here, they are thiefs!
