Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Been in the industry 25+ years never leave reviews but super disappointed. The girls in store are super sweet and trying to do their job but they could not seem to get a hold of management or had no way of navigating a return due to diligence on customer service department. There was no phone number but told me to email and have yet no follow up. It is beyond the sweet employees and upper mgmt and ownership is the worst I have ever experienced. Guess I will take my future business elsewhere. Thank you NORDSTROM for being loyal to your consumers!!!!!

I used to love Aviator Nation. I have spent literally thousands of dollars on their items. But it is not made like it used to be. After wearing a $350 set three times, the fleece should not start getting so thin that a hole is developing. Then when you try to exchange it, they give you the runaround. Spend your money elsewhere. This is not what it used to be. Take it from someone who has older and newer items. Unless you don't mind wasting and throwing your money away. May I add that I have received items brand new with damage and they've been good about taking care of it. But at this price their items should last longer than three months.

Meredith the manager and MK were absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter got the exact aviator nation clothing products she has "wanted her entire life" all 12 years lol. Despite the humor in the situation Meredith and MK called multiple stores and were able to track down exactly what my daughter wanted and have them shipped to our house promptly from NY and San Francisco! They were so kind, accommodating and beyond helpful! Cant thank them enough and we will be sure to shop at the Laguna store whenever possible because these ladies have made a lasting impression and we are so grateful for them! Aviator Nation should definitely recognize Meredith and MK for their amazing representation of top-notch customer service! Thanks again for all you did and making my daughter's birthday wish come true!

Took my granddaughter here last month for her birthday because she wanted to come here for her birthday gift, I noticed that the sales people were rude, the only good thing was they gave her a beach bag for her birthday, now it's July and I take my 1st born granddaughter and still the sales people were very rude and when I asked if she could get a free beach bag for her birthday that plainly said no, I told them that my other granddaughter got one last month the young lady just looked like she didn't care a bit. Well it will be the last time I'll spend my money with this company. I only gave them 1 star because of the first beach bag otherwise it would have been minus 1 star.

I love Aviatior Nation brand; the proof is in my closet that houses numerous AN (zip-up hoodies, ninja style hoodies, sweatpants and two same exact legging). I have been in love with it for years now; materials they use and craftsmanship are exceptional, the items are so comfortable to wear and I love their happy colors and designs (not to mention MADE IN USA). So when Aviatior Nation came up with their brand new denim shorts, I had to have them. They got sold out so quickly that I had to wait for two rounds to be able to snatch them (they really sell out fast). And that's when my love and respect towards AN rose to a new level thanks to their exceptional customer service. I have ordered a size too big for me so I went and re-order a size smaller and also another shorts before ever returning the bigger size. Anyways, my package arrived promptly but unfortunately, did not contain the shorts I wanted and needed for the upcoming weekend. I was so looking forward to wear my denim shorts, so needless to say, I was very bummed when they didn't arrive. I contacted the customer service right away and explain the situation and asked them if they can overnight the shipment to me and I will pay. The lady on the other line put me on hold to talk to her manager, and afterwards advised me to email (him) directly because that is the best way to possible have something done. I immediately emailed a gentleman named Curtis, and not even 10 min later, i have received an email with tracking number as they shipped my shorts instantly with overnight shipping and they did not request a dime from me. I was so amazed by such customer service that I cannot recall anything ever being handle so professionally and expediciously. I was left with no words and no way to thank them except by writing this review. Aviator Nation, you truly went above and beyond and represent a business model that all companies should strive to be.

Everyone was so sweet and kind. All of them explained how Aviator is made and the story behind it and we really appreciated it. 10/10 experience Monday May 15th loved everyone working!!!!!!

Feel bad for all the Zoomers getting ripped off over low quality fabrics from China. Just because something was popular on TikTok doesn't mean its good. Laguna store is dead and I did not see a single person buy anything.

Manager guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. He literally stood there watching me the entire time with his moody attitude. The store is already too small and uncomfortable and this only makes the shopping experience worse. I'm surprised with their ridiculous prices, considering the low quality of the materials. The Laguna location was dead and I did not see a single person buy anything.
