I called Stone Creek with a question about my landlord policy. One of my tenants all of a sudden decided she wanted to install an above ground pool, without my permission. Of course I had questions about liability issues and what my insurance policy states regarding pools. Jillian Dalin from Stone Creek Insurance was so helpful and able to answer my question off the top of her head. And, to be thorough, she even sent me an e-mail with the exact verbiage from my insurance company, confirming what she had previously told me. Thanks Jillian!

I echo some of the recent negative comments about Stone Creek. I have been with Stone Creek for years and have many policies through them. They used to be great and were responsive but it seems like there was a change of ownership or management and high turnover. My primary point of contact has changed about 5 times over the last few years. I never know who to talk to and there's no consistency in account management or service. Each time it is a brand new conversation. I have tried to show loyalty to them but they definitely do not show loyalty back. I would go elsewhere.

I've been with Stone Creek for years and have have many policies through them, including home, auto, umbrella and business. They used to be great and quickly responded to all my emails. But lately customer service is horrible. Sure, they respond quickly when you say you want to open a new policy for something. But have a question? Need other assistance? Just crickets. I think they had major turnover since the height of the pandemic and nobody seems to be local anymore. When I do talk with anyone, it's always a different person from out of state. Worse of all, when I sold a rental property and requested to cancel the policy, they cancelled the WRONG policy and I went almost 6 months with my home not being insured! I didn't realize it until much later of course because every single time I asked them to confirm my policies, they never responded. It's time to find a new broker. So sad because they used to be fantastic.

Do not do business with this company. First, you cannot reach anyone directly as they just have people working out of their homes who call you back two days later. The person that was assigned to me Aaron Martinez, was fine at first, until he sent me an email saying he was assigned to an elite client group and decided never to call me back after that, even though I left 5 messages and three emails requesting a call back. This is after working with him for years and he couldn't even call me back. Terrible customer service and inexcusable behavior. Then he assigns my account to someone who doesn't know the first thing about my account. It was a complete joke. My homeowners insurance went up significantly and their recommendations was limited to one company, due to my house location. I actually found a policy on my own that was $3,000 less so why I am paying a broker like Stonecreek to find me a policy. All in all, their customer service is terrible and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our insurance rate increased and we've tried calling to get a hold of an agent to understand what changed but no one is ever available to speak to and to make matters worse no one has called us back. This has been going on for several days and we're at our wits end with Stone Creek.

The VERY Worst company when canceling a policy.... I called and cancelled the policy in Oct. 2022 since I sold the vehicle. Sone Creek continued to bill me for the last 6 months. I have asked for a refund on the policy and I was denied because I did not supply the DMV title change of ownership of my vehicle. Not certain who keeps records of DMV Title changes when you send the originals back to DMV. I will NEVER use Stone Creek again. This is simply disgusting display or unprofessionalism. Explain how they will ever cancel my insurance policy again????

I've worked with Jeff Azzarello for about 3 years now. He has always, without fail, responded to my calls or emails quickly and thoroughly. He's no fuss, no muss! It was by chance that I found Stone Creek, and I couldn't be happier or luckier that I got connected with Zoraida Maldonado to discuss a commercial insurance policy for my HOA. Recently elected to our HOA board, I was sent a renewal proposal for an earthquake insurance policy that no one on the board understood. I started doing a little research, and Zoraida was an instrumental source of information that allowed me to ask the right questions and dig a little deeper into the language and numbers of the renewal proposal. I felt kind of bad for having her educate me on so much material but Zoraida never once made me feel like I was wasting her time. I can't recommend Zoraida enough! With all of her help, I took the information learned, and I began educating our HOA board. In an ideal world, Stone Creek would be our insurance broker, but my HOA board is sadly incompetent. The other members of the board took all of Zoraida's advice and got the answers they needed, but they didn't want to leave our current brokers so close to renewal. The good news is that next year we will be returning to her for a new policy. I can verify the great experience with Stone Creek, and if you have a chance, make sure to ask for Zoraida!!
