They sure are ready to accept any amount within a few min on any day, but when it comes to withdrawing..good luck. I had to withdraw cash urgently due personal situation. Teller spend a good 2min+ hush-hushing with the manager regarding what I perceived as how much money they should give me. I needed over 10K. They started with 8K, and when I said I needed more, the manager proceeded to haggle like we are at the 3rd world market , raising the amount to 10 eventually, which still was not enough. Even though I finally agreed, the teller proceeded with asking my middle social security digits, etc. (although I provided my DL and checking account info already), only to tell me after taking her sweet time staring at the computer that there is an issue. 20 min later I was at a different branch with all the money I needed in the first place without ANY nonsense: no random questions, nothing..just my DL, my checking card and normal interaction within reasonable amount of time. I worked at a bank before, I knew the 1st branch had the money, but they proceeded with their sneaky behavior just to hold the cash back for whatever reason, instead of accommodating a loyal customer in need. Makes you think, what would the bank do, if multiple customers wanted to withdraw due to any turmoil.. Nevertheless, yesterday's interaction made me close my account with Wells Fargo (20 years customer). They don't deserve harboring (or rather making money of) even 1 penny of mine.

Wow. Excellent service. 10 stars. Just wonderful!!!I had a Wells Fargo account that I had previously CLOSED, but I needed some help with official statements. Brandon Howard and Mohammad helped us!They spent an hour helping us not expecting anything in return. This is service. I am in awe of how great they were. They are an example of good banking.I am a physician and I will come back and open a joint account with them. 100% recommend. I will not do banking with any other bank but them. Just wonderful.

Note that Wells Fargo no longer provides signature guarantees or medallion guarantees. This branch does have safe deposit boxes.

My wife and I met with one of the top managers. His name was Branden. He made a lot of promises about getting us a secure ID device. He never delivered, and after several emails and phone calls never followed up with us. I was surprised because he was friendly when we were there and gave us all kinds of assurances. I really found the experience to be intolerable, and if I was in the area I would switch banks.

They NEVER answer their phone. If I go in without an appointment, I can never be seen by a banker. Their online appointment system is convoluted and impossible to see a specific banker. I've been a customer for forty years but time to find a bank that provides service.

Went there today waited while the teller gossiped with a customer, lots of people in line 2 tellers. So finally get to the front ask for a MO and she tells me it's $5.00 I told her been to the bank 3 times for MO lately and was not charged, they just randomly decide to charge or not. She got the manager Avi and he said it would be $5 but could not tell me why the others were free and this was not. If the policy is to charge $5.00 I can get it at Safeway for $1.00 or 7/11 for $1.49. So much for being a long time customer

Bad customer service! I went into this branch 20 minutes before closing to sign up for the new credit card they are advertising. There was 2 tellers and they had a line and only one banker in the cubicle and he was on what sounded like a personal call. After Waiting a few minutes for someone to notice me, and because they were closing soon, I decided to ask one of the tellers if they had a banker to help me. He asked me what I needed and I told him I wanted to sign up for the new card. He said that it was "not going to happen today" he said it would take 30-40 minutes to submit an application and I would need come back tomorrow. I doubt it takes that long. I'm guessing it would take about 10-15 minutes. That was very disappointing customer service! If that teller explained the were short handed that day, I would understand and not be yelping about it. But I was brushed off and told they didn't have time for me. I've been a customer of Wells Fargo since 1999 and can't recall being this disrespected before.

Unprofessional people who are impatient and rude. I do not recommend coming to this bank if you want a headache.

They said since it takes 30-45 min to add a beneficiary to an existing account, they told us no teller can help us and since they close at 5pm, there's nothing they can do and they won't make any exceptions. We were in there at 4:40 and they would rather go home on time than to help their clients. It just shows how much they really care about their customers. Thanks for nothing.

This Bank has not changed!!! The employees have so many Metric's to meet and the rules change all the time..... they are expected to push credit cards, personal loans and home refi or equity.... they have a manager who cares about her bonus and the RVP. Customers beware.......

what a bunch of theives! You would think after all the millions of dollars in fines and all the negative publicity because of their fraud on the public, they wouldn't have the audacity to continue ripping customers off. A $7 fee to cash a check because I do not have an account with them. So the issue is not my Identity, or the identity of the person who drew the check or the funds available but the fact that I do not have an account with Wells Fargo. Why on Earth would I? They suck

You know what sucks? Having your identity stolen. But if you have the misfortune of that happening to you, I hope you have a banker as kind, empathetic and patient as Czarina helping you through it. I've spent dozens of hours on the phone with various financial institutions and the devil itself - Equifax - trying to figure out all the BS that accompanies identity theft. It's been painful. There have been tears. There has been yelling (no regrets). Czarina is one of the few people who took the time to actually try to help me, and to actually BE helpful. She spent several hours combing through my records to find fraudulent activity, made numerous phone calls on my behalf and was just generally a friendly presence in an otherwise miserable situation. So five stars for Czarina and her great service.
