The service team appears helpful, but they either willfully or mistakenly misrepresented offers that resulted in hundreds of dollars of excessive charges. The lack of support to resolve the issue indicates it likely was a fraudulent misrepresentation rather than a mistake.

The 5-star rating is for Hugo. An extra-ordinary customer service experience. This gentlemen is welcome in my home he is such a good and kind person. Truly exceptional and will go down as one of the most helpful business representatives I have dealt with in any capacity. Thank you!

Save yourself trouble and money and NEVER go to this store, it is an "authorized retailer" not a real store and they have no idea whats going on and are not able to do a lot of things. Go to a real verizon store. NEVER here

I honestly don’t remember the name of the person who helped us but he’s a photographer and works with drones. He was fantastic and super knowledgeable. He was also really delicate with putting my screen protector on and made sure that there wouldn’t be any air bubbles at all. Super professional!

Google and sign at entrance says they open at 9am. However, no one shows up until 10am, then they told me that in order to replace a lost SIM card they need to text me with the lost SIM card in the phone… Don’t go there with real issues. Go to the corporate store in Walnut Creek. They can take care of all your issues.When I asked him why he only opens at 10am , I was told that he called Google many times but they don’t change the opening hours online ???. Never mind that the sign at the door also says they open at 9am. The guy was so fast and good at lying, I would never trust him with any cellphone related work!

Jordan hooked me up, transferred all my stuff of a dying phone. The phone had been run over several times. Otter box proved mighty.

Maria and the other young gentleman in the office were fantastic. She help me through setting up my new phone, and her counterpart walked across the street to buy me a bottle of water :-) great Store and even better employees!

Jose in the Lafayette CA Verizon store was very patient and provided great customer service. I never felt rushed even though the store was understaffed.
