The technician, Dylan went above and beyond in assisting with replacement of a shattered phone. It was near closing time but he worked diligently to get my phone replaced and updated well past closing time cheerfully and professionally.

The service team appears helpful, but they either willfully or mistakenly misrepresented offers that resulted in hundreds of dollars of excessive charges. The lack of support to resolve the issue indicates it likely was a fraudulent misrepresentation rather than a mistake.
