On a Saturday, I had checked the tire I had to add air every day. It suddenly went completely flat at the gas station! I had called to ask if Tires Direct on Mt. Diablo was opened and the guy told me to bring it by. I was able to have the flat patched up in less than 30 minutes! I was so impressed at the quickness on a busy hot summer day. I will always remember how efficient and professional this place is. I am a realtor and my time is precious to me. It was my only day off in 8 days. Thank you for your professionalism and quickness on that scorching July day.

Had to revise my review.. the 4 tires i got from here are soo unbalanced. Had brought it back to the shop to get it rebalanced , but still have horrible vibration on hwy. also one of my wheel center cap went missing.. after my second visit from rebalancing wheels. Most likely damaged the center cap to the point it just falls off while on the road. All my aluminum schrader valve cap were swaped for cheap plastic ones. Balance weights installed on outside of rims instead of inside,and scratching up the rim in the process.
Tightened the lugnut without cross pattern.
worker here are poorly trained and do not know how to do things the correct way. Tires here that are sold cheap here is most likely going to be extremely out of balance and out of round. No matter how many balance weight they throw on the wheel, it will still vibrate on the road.

So been going here for some years now but this year two sets of tire two different cars had to get the tires replaced due to cracks in the tire on the side walls and one straight threw and you can see treads.. with still at least 75 percent tread on them still... definitely look for another shop or stick to name brand tires!!!
