Horrible customer service or follow up. Went in for a quote, instead of getting the quote right then and there….. they said they would email me. It’s been a week. I have not heard one word from them. VERY unprofessional. I’m getting the impression my job was too small for them to waste their time so never bothered to give me a quote. Way too corporate for me. Sticking to the mom & pop shops from here on out. This place is TERRIBLE

Brought my car in for them to send State farm pictures and provide an estimate. They told me 24 hours. It took a week and they didn't include all the damage in the estimate. Use them only if there is no other option. Poor service.

They take forever, they order the wrong parts, they recommend extra repaired that make it take twice as long. So done.

i wouldn't recommend this place even if someone paid me to recommend them. absolutely zero communication regarding my car or length of time they would have it. told them i needed it for work and to let me know if parts would take a long time to arrive such that i could come pick my car and drive it while we waited (it was still drivable). they never contacted me, they ordered the wrong parts and tried to deflect responsibility onto the people they ordered parts from, all in all they took nearly 3 f**ing weeks for a front bumper and headlight. had they been even remotely communicative about timing or followed through on letting me know parts would take a long time and that i could use my car in the interim then i wouldn't be writing this review. literally any update i got was because of me calling them and then waiting for the person devoid of any emotion to return my call. also, the workmanship is awful, my bumper was not properly adhered and is still coming off to this day, but i would rather have a messed up but drivable bumper than ever let these folks have my car or time again. Go anywhere else, I wish i did. This is not mikes auto body any longer.

This is a horrible place to get your car fixed ! They put parts back wrong and take forever to get parts in !! I have never experienced anything like this . My insurance company already paid them for the part that I have waited over 6 months for !! I save yourself the grief and find a different auto shop!! Soooooo bad!! No star kinda place !
