My main question is where did they even find this condescending bitter woman to serve as sales clerk?! I mean zero attempt to be helpful, suggest an alternative or tell you about the brand. That said, they have cute clothes and lots of it! I didn’t get anything, but maybe next time

Beautiful merchandise and the shop assistant made sure we had all the help we needed. A lot of things I haven’t seen other places like fun color cashmere and beautifully embroidered flowy dresses that had me dreaming of the spring blooms underway.

Are you kidding me? For years, I have been buying clothes from my favorite brands online because I didn't think there was anywhere locally that carried them. Hunter Bell, Cosabella, Truvata, SO MANY, and they carry them all at Luck!!!! Wow! Just wow! I can't believe I haven't been in sooner! If you, like me, have discovered the "Insta" brands (ie the retailers with amazing clothes who market heavily on social media) and are in love but really want to try them on first, Luck is your store. I can tell you this is going to be a regular stop on my shopping circuit from now on!!!

Cute boutique. I went shortly before they closed so didn't have a lot of time to look. Clothing is pricey but not outrageous.Very cute accessories and great customer service.

I popped in this store having spotted it in passing at lunch and so glad I did . It's a really pretty store full of beautiful clothes, accessories and beauty items. I purchased some perfume but ended up going back the next day to buy another after I ended up loving one I had tested and it was an experience I will not forget. We were on the way to drop off our oldest at College which though exciting- is a tough time for parents! The lady who helped me - Ruth - was amazing and could see I was a bit emotional; and told me if we ever needed anything, being so far away, to know that she was there as she knows exactly what it is like! It was just such an amazing gesture and lovely to know there are people like Ruth in their world. I will continue to shop here, especially that we will be back in the area so often and just want to thank the store and Ruth in particular, for an amazing experience

Super bummed about this place. I bought a super expensive dress and when I got home my whole family told me I looked like I was pregnant (I am not) I took it back the next day and they wouldn't allow me to return it. Didn't say a word about that the day before - even had the same sales person. Super sucky customer service!!!

The clothes are as expensive as the service, snooty. Not one hello or greeting -- not even eye contact even though there was only one other customer in the whole store. It's filled with clothes comparable to the prices of Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's without helpful salespeople. $350 for a dress and yet made to feel invisible and unwelcome? No thank you.

Luck won best women's boutique in the Bay Area in this year's Diablo magazine poll. That should be validation enough! The owner tries very hard to buy items that she feels the women in our area would love to wear. Each item is selected with love.

With a cornucopia of the latest styles in clothing and accessories - Luck is the only place you need to shop at in Lamorinda! Their friendly helpful staff ( especially Lori) helped me pick out a number of dresses for wedding season this summer! they spent over an hour and a half with me selecting shoes to go with my outfits and letting me try on as many things as I needed. I appreciated their honesty and empathy! This is a store for all ages of women and girls!

I liked the clothes in here at first so I kept going back, but they are just not welcoming and friendly? An older woman gave me such a hard time about using their hand sanitizer when I went in last time I haven't been back in. I told her I just used mine, and I'm sensitive to most hand sanitizers and she was very unnecessarily rude about it. If I'm spending $350 on a dress it better be superior service, sorry! I just can't do it anymore.

Hands down best best boutique in lafayette! on trend always you can find something for every occasion that you can trust will be spot on! Ladies that work there and the owner are all super helpful but never pushy! It's the best! Also-- online is just as solid and sales are fantastic!

I am so happy with my purchases today!! So I was there last week. Bought a top. It's adorable but not my color. The lovely woman that helped me, both times returned the top graciously. She had to look up my invoice, as I did not have my receipt. She never made me feel bad about it. Now to the good stuff. The owner/buyer has amazing taste. Note, this store is not cheap. You must know this going in. But! This is where the sale section comes in. It's a large sale section and the items are still awesome. So! There truly is something here for everybody. Check it out. I can't remember the last time I loved my new purchases this much. I'm a consignment girl, but for this store...I'll break my rules happily.

Due to racial profiling this business deserves no stars. I walked in and was greeted nicely, I then was browsing a dress section and found one I had my eye on. A woman came out from the back room, considering she was the owner the way she spoke to me. I asked her if I could use her fitting room and it wasn't a problem due to Covid-19. After trying on the dress, I decided not to take it.... so out of courtesy, I hung it back on the hanger as I found it. I left the store. I went 2 doors down over to Francesca's. And this woman which I had suspected to be the owner, walks in (NOT HER STORE) and accused me of stealing her dress. And said to me "Did you take that dress with you? I didn't see it in the fitting room" Had embarrassed me and profiled me. A woman who runs her business like this could and will never survive. Judging people who come into her clothing store. And accusing people of theft.

Seriously curated! Smashed to the gills with great finds. Expensive-ish but when you walk out the door you WON'T CARE! The owner is a local momma and knows her fashion. Nothing weird just upscale lounge wear and going out clothes and sassy work clothes. Colorful jewelry! In love
