I had an appointment at 7:45, went in a few minutes later. The guy at the front desk was very polite and attentive, my phlebotomist Sienna was amazing, I didn’t feel a thing! Great experience! Thank you both.

Good phlebotomists, but the front office needs work. If there is a long line, they do *not* page you when a phlebotomist is ready, so you need to stay in the crowded office or lose your place in line.

I got a same morning appointment and came in for lots of tests. Since I have awful veins (the result of lots of surgeries and IV meds over the years) I was sure I would be there for a while. I was impressed by the protocol and the patience of the techs. Each one of three phlebotomists took one careful and well-considered stick and the third one got a good draw on a small but superficial vein he spotted while walking in the door! The place was empty when I came in at 7:45 am and full when I left (8:45 am), but they could not have handled this better. That said, I am not a huge fan of the automatic check-in but someone was in reception right away after that and was personable, had a good sense of humor, and made everything easier.

Very quick, the front desk receptionist was very nice, however, the blood draw Was a very painful experience. I have a huge gash in my arm From the needle. I’ve never had a blood draw this painful and I have had plenty of blood draws to know when something isn’t right. Arm wasn’t wrapped up right away before touching other surfaces. When it was my arm was wrapped too hard which felt like I was still getting stuck with a needle. I don’t recall sanitizing wipes. The area continued to experience pain after visit.

It's a hit and miss here. Come early and it's a wait, come mid day and usually not too long. My middle rating is because of the lack of interaction. You check in via a machine and wait to be called to a window. I miss being greeted upon arrival. No problems with the blood draws. The place is just so darn bland. The walls are damaged by the chairs, carpet not too great either. Sad, dingy place. Parking is easy.

I called ahead at 3:15 and said I was just down the street on my way in traffic with my 88 year old mother who needed to have an urgent lab drawn (the specimen sent to labcorp two days prior apparently was lost and never resulted). The person who answered the phone said as long as I arrived before closure, they would accommodate us and do the blood draw. Then she abruptly said she had to go and hung up on me. I arrived at 3:26 (closure time was 3:30) and the entire place was closed and door was locked and no one was there. I then had to drive over 30 minutes to another lab that was open. Incredibly RUDE to lie and say they would stay open until closing time. Had I known they actually lock the doors even BEFORE closing time, I would never have wasted my time going there. I will NEVER go to this location again and to the person who answered the phone -- learn some basic honesty!!!!!

Really kind people, very lenient with my appointment time (had to go home to retrieve my paperwork). Very easy process, very easy to make the appointment and good website. Not sure why they have such low reviews. Great experience for me!

Convenient location, but incompetent technicians. Got tired of their inability to even find a vein. Go to Trsat Blvd in WC instead.

Quick, easy and no frills. Dunno what people expect from a place that does high turnaround blood work, but it got the job done and I'll be back.

Hats off to Labcorp's investment in technology to ease and expedite signing in at this location. They have added technicians to match the demand. And the staff are very friendly.

I have been getting bloodwork done at this Labcorp for many years. It used to be frustrating, but lately it is much more efficient. I have found that making an appointment streamlines the process -- I usually don't have to wait more than a couple minutes. The people who draw blood are skilled and quick. No complaints.

I'm sure people only review a LabCorp if they've had a bad experience, but we had a great experience this morning. I had been dreading taking my 2 year old in for an allergy testing blood draw, and put it off for months. Finally just decided to do it today, and it was very easy to make an appt, park, and check in. They took us back immediately (early) and the two men who did the blood draw were fantastic and good with kids. Easy, no drama, quick. Two year old didn't love it, but it was over before he really knew what was happening. Thank you for the efficient experience.
