I just had my Tesla repaired at Haws Auto Body after an Amazon truck hit me. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of repair, solid communication and how they dealt with the insurance company for me. Luis was especially helpful. I found them to be more reasonably priced than other shops- it wasn't on my dime but I refused to force another insurance company to pay exorbitant repair fees. I'll go back for any other body work needs.

I needed a headlight replaced and Tyler did it at no charge. I will definitely be back with business. Such a great help when so many other auto repair shops I called wouldn't even quote me or said they'd have to look at it first to provide an estimate. Thanks, Tyler!

Some of the best paint matching in the east Bay Area. I've had multiple vehicles repaired here. Insurance companies never have them on their list of recommended/authorized repair facilities because the insurance companies are looking for the absolute cheapest possible job If you actually care about your vehicle and proper paint matching, repairs, etc then you've come to the right placeI've been using these guys for over 20 years since they were located in Concord Their paint match skills are second to none and they bake the vehicles so that it cures properly Excellent company for those who actually care about quality over price.

This is the best place to take your car after an incident/collision. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional, especially Taylor. They communicate well and they take the edge off the stress when your car gets damaged. Would recommend to all!

Someone hit my car, and Haws was recommended to me from VW to do bodywork. They were so easy to work with. They quickly gave me an initial quote and it was the same price when I checked out. The timeframe they gave me for the repair was accurate and the icing on the cake is that they returned my car fully cleaned! What a nice way to go above and beyond.

Fantastic customer service and quality workmanship. The car was inspected thoroughly to find all damage from the collision. The car was returned clean and the damage repaired to a high standard. All throughout, I was kept up to date on the status. An Uber ride was provided after drop off. Insurance paperwork was all handled by the shop.

I went in a few weeks ago to fix my passenger front seat without an appointment. They were able to see me right away and fixed the problem in minutes. The service and the staff was excellent! Everyone there is very friendly. I will definitely refer all my friends to Haws!
