The staff are awesome people, attentive and helpful. I'm not so sure about the new location... it's pretty small compared to the last address. But if it suits the businesses profile requirements and still meets my expectations for service... eeh... I guess it's good to go!

Reggie overheard another associate suggesting printing one page would take until the next day at which point he volunteered to help me get it done the same day. Reggie went above and beyond which was great!

Every time I use this store, the customer service is a minus 10. If you can go someplace else, do it. Avoid this place at all costs.

They had what I needed here. A staff person helped me in less than 2 minutes. I’m satisfied.

Unreliable. I needed to print something urgently and this is what I got. Other people had the same problem.

Aisha really went above and beyond helping me with my scanning and printing jobs yesterday. She not only helped me organize my docs after they went flying everywhere but then she proceeded to help me rescan the doc. She was smiling and just being truly lovely the entire time. I really appreciated her service. This was at the Lafayette location.

My husband I both have back and neck problems. We are both in our mid 60's. FEDEX NEVER delivers to the house and have left packages in the street. My husband has watched them drive by and THROW packages out their truck window. We live in San Rafael, CA. Needless to say this is unacceptable and definitely BAD SERVICE!

I don't have an issue with this store! I do have an issue with fedex delivery services. I ordered a an item to be delivered to my house and bye fedex and even though the package was scanned as delivered. It was not. I was home all day. I'm guessing it was scanned right into a fedex employees car! San Joaquin area.

Ok...I wouldn't normally think to write a review for a non-restaurant, but I just received outstanding service and I thought "give credit where credit is due". I'm having a gas insert put in my home fireplace enclosure and the county requires a permit be pulled, with plans provided by the home owner or contractor. This was a bit daunting for me, as I'm really good at "stick figure" drawings but I have never created a project plan. I am on the last steps and I created the plan and it was approved. The county sent me an attachment w/ my plan and their official stamp. Of course, the county threatens you, in politically correct terms of course, that if you don't have an 11x17 color print out of your plans on day of inspection you may have to pay for another inspection. I don't have a printer that can print 11x17 documents so I printed the document anyway on 8.5 x 11 paper and it truncated the drawing. I dropped by the Lafayette FedEX and the gentleman there provided a solution. He suggested "Print and Go" service where I send my email (w/ attachments) to the "Print and Go" email address. I receive an email from FedEx in about 5 minutes with a retrieval code. I was then able to print my 11x17 color documents w/ the county approval stamp and I'm ready for my inspection on Wednesday. These documents, including my printed approved permit document cost me all of $3+. The guy that helped me won't win any "Ms. Congeniality" awards, as he was all business, but he knew his stuff and helped not only me but 3 other clueless people at the store all in a matter of 15 minutes. He was very professional and I would recommend this store to anyone needing non-standard, or standard for that matter printing needs.

I stopped to literally drop off a pre- labeled pre-paid packaged item at 6pm on the dot and the employee waived me away because they close at 6pm. I understand you need to close and set boundaries but this was not customer service. I will not be printing my presentations and handbooks here anymore.

Valerie and Lecretia (so sorry if I didn't spell that right) went above and beyond to help me with my package. It was a fire pit, so it was huge, and they helped us get it to our truck. They were also super friendly and helpful. Valerie said they were only filling in at this location, and that they are from a San Francisco office. I hope a manager sees this and recognizes their great work!

First off, just about any FedEx store is better than the Orinda location, and this place is no exception. They have closed off the main entrance door that faces the street, so now you can enter only from the parking lot. I will assume that this has something to do with Covid regulations. Tom, the manager, was fairly brusque and clearly didn't want to wait on me. I wrapped up my items to be returned individually when he scanned my QR code, we found out that the items were to be sent together as one, rather than individual packages. "I'll wrap it up myself," he said, and took my items away. It's not what he said or did, it's how he said it-- I could tell that he wanted me out of there. But at the end of the day, he did wrap it up for me to save me the hassle, and everything got sent out on time. Plus I'll give him the benefit of the doubt-- I wouldn't want a lot of people in my store anyways during these times. I'd want them out as quickly as possible too. So even though the service wasn't particularly friendly, it was competent and worth coming back for.
